Actually, a much better test would be:
1) Create trial account and put stuff in WW.
2) Do not visit WW again.
3) Let account expire.
4) Re-activate and check WW *FORTY DAYS* after expiration.
This will tell whether the count starts with your last visit to WW or when the account lapses.
Edit: P.S. It's not worth $15 to me to find out.

Editing my quote accomplishes nothing. I've made compromises, offered to do posi TF even. 2 years ago there were people running TFs regularly and you didn't need close-knit, exclusive channels to organize them. that's not the case anymore. -

I logged on this morning and took a quick peek through everything and found my characters to be as they should be - HOWEVER - when I started browsing the character creator, I noticed that some of the new powersets that came out after I left were missing.
Specifically Pain Domination and all that.
They call this 'Power Proliferation' and it is an ongoing process. Rest assured, if you can log in and create a character, EVERY set that has been released is available to you, just not necessarily for every character type. -

I totally feel for you. I cannot begin to tell you how many times I called them <BEEP> after hearing that "...it is not our policy". I would then say to my fellow team members, "Oh I guess their policy is poor customer service."
If I had the power to change one thing about the game it would not be to correct the original TFs or to remove the oldest yet still unresolved bugs or anything like that. It would be to change the "customer no-service" policy to something more attractive than Champions Online or WoW offers.
Sometimes there simply is no log to support a position and CS can't do anything. In real life, that might not cut it. Online, it has to. This is the internet. Speaking face-to-face with a store manager is one thing. Typing to someone in a game is another. People will lie/cheat/exploit/whatever. Is everyone like that? Of course not. But you simply can't cut people the kind of slack you would in real life. -
So, anyone else read the title as "ham-flavored jello"?

Welcome back. I myself just returned last week from a little over 1yr hiatus (more accurately a forced retirement). My CPU literally caught on fire play CoH one day and I dodnt have the funds to buy a new CPU.
I think it was prompted by claims from Intel that the P4 would throttle the CPU and there would be no permanent damage. This turned out to be true. They also tested an AMD CPU. . . and it set the motherboard on fire.

JK. It's Cold Blooded, for defeating CoT hellfrosts... which only spawn redside. However, you can farm them in DJ Zero's valentines day mission if you're on a mixed faction team. -

I think Twilight's Son Task Force has one of the best stories and is relatively short. It has only one AV who will spawn as an EB if you have your difficulty level set up that way. It was based on Troy Hickman's Smoke and Mirrors arc from the City of Heroes comics (Top Cow publications). It ties in with a statue to be found in Kings Row. It has a great map with the Fashion Show in Atlas Park - fun!

Actually, the building and spire are the gnomon. The part that people run up to get the badge appears to be a simple support column. Or purely decorative - in a zone with floating buildings, why would they need a support column.

There are arbitrary limits on everything. Some have known reasons, some do not. For example, a base is limited to 18 storage items regardless of plot size. I don't know why the 5x5 room is limited to 8 teleporters.
