You get to keep all the slots. However, the enhancement effects are scaled down just like an other type of enhancement. On the bright side, since the purples start out a bit higher, the scaling doesn't hurt quite as much.

I play on Infinity so I pay close attention to its ranking. Infinity and Justice switch places a lot. I'd say they are currently tied for 3rd.

Firstly, the two things are unrelated events. Double XP NORMALLY is activated when the servers come back from maintenance, regardless of what official start time has been stated.

Account reactivation is handled through a completely different system so there is no reason to think it won't start when indicated, or perhaps even later if there are any issues.

As for not getting double XP, are you by any chance in MA? Someone already posted that it's not applying in there.

Yes, it is. BAB acknowledged that the animations for... many/all/whatever hold powers are borked. I've observed this on my fire controller also.

I have another thing to check to figure out if it's the graphics or the toon. If you haven't done so already, get on a team with SOMEONE ELSE'S fire/kin and see what happens.

I said "most of us", then said "we" a couple of sentences later. This is common usage. The "we" referred to the grouping already defined. For example if I said "John and Mary went to see a movie." then, a bit later, referred to "they". The usage of "they" is not suddenly referring to the whole city or state or something. It has already been defined.

No one has said that your perception is wrong. All they are saying is that THEIR PERSONAL EXPERIENCE has been very different from yours. You can't make a blanket statement that "it is a second rate customer support service" because you're just basing the statement on your experience, or perhaps a couple of friends as well.

Personally, I have only had contact with customer support once this entire year and the issue (unable to complete a mission in a TF) was solved inside of 15 minutes.

In my case, when I make a tank, I generally don't care very much about damage output. My invuln/EM has neither Build Up nor Energy Transfer. In fact, I don't have ANY tank with Build Up. If damage output was a concern, I'd go with a scrapper right from the start.

How about if I look at it as an enemy that I must beat into submission by extracting as much influence as possible?

I would easily pay 100 million each for these. My main character needs at least 3 more.
