If you want to 'mess around' in even greater detail, you can change your graphics settings to advanced mode. Instead of that slider, you will be able to individually control a great number of settings.

FYI, some people find some of the graphics settings genuinely ugly and have them turned off/down for reasons having nothing to do with performance. Advanced mode gives you much greater customization.

I have the Miracle unique slotted, and the Numina's unique, and the Perf Shifter proc. I took Dark Consumption (dark melee END stealing power) at level 38, thinking I would need the endurance, but hardly ever use it. I just hit 44 and, since my END problems were pretty much non-existent, I took Focused Accuracy as my 10th toggle power.

Well, perhaps not 'most' since many don't use the market at all. Price caps would only negatively impact those who do use the market.

You should have been there when we did the Shard TF's with an ice tank. Not every tank is suited to every type of enemy. This is why I've never taken my ice tank on the ITF.

Of course, no tank is suited to Nemesis. They cheat. They can stack Vengeance without limit.

As for suggestions, I got nuthin'. Part of the reason is that I don't have an electric armor tank. Another part is that I wouldn't design my build for dealing with Rularuu or Nemesis. You don't run into them that often and there isn't much you can do about them anyway. The best use of IO's varies by tank type. On a defense set, you can get your numbers up past the soft cap. Some sets particularly benefit from recharge. In general, if there's no obvious path of IO'ing, just go for regen. It's generally the first bonus in a set and you can accumulate a lot of it. My invuln has 300% regen. On tanker hit points, that's pretty effective.

Also, do you have Tough? I have Tough on almost every one of my tanks and on my brute. It makes a noticeable difference.

Too many web sites are put together by people who think themselves authorities. This site has it spelled 'tush'. Interestingly, there seems to be close to a 50/50 split of the spelling on various sites.

I don't have the album so I can't check the liner notes. And the bands official site doesn't have the lyrics. The word 'touche' is clearly wrong, based on the definition, but it wouldn't be the first time song lyrics deliberately had words wrong. Anyone have the album?

Except it *IS* literally infinite because the 'supply' springs into existence out of nothingness. And it's blatantly obvious that no player can control another players access to the supply. How do you stop a player from doing missions or farming in AE?

More than once, I've been buying recipes and I'll evaluate what levels are bargains and possibly put in low bids at several levels and wait a few days and end up quite pleased that I got a recipe for 8 million when most of the recent prices are 50 - 100% higher.

Then I'll start buying the salvage, see that an item has a range of 2,000 to 7,000 and start bid creeping - until I slap myself and regain a sense of proportion and stop wasting time over a matter of a few thousand infl.
