Well, we need more information. Go to this post and start with the part about CoHHelper. The game had a major graphics update with Issue 17 and it's possible your computer simply can't handle it. If the hardware seems capable, then we can continue with other things (like what else is running on your computer that might be causing a problem).

Okay, we've done the signature TF's through Numina so, in terms of level, I guess this one should be next. Someone needs to run these until MsCats returns.
(Optimistic face.)
Time: Saturday, June 11 at 1 PM EDT
Location: Cimerora (Don't forget you need to be able to enter the Midnighter Club to get there.)
Level 35+
1. Ironblade - probably with a debuffer, unless we need a tank.
2. Ad Astra - 'damage'
3. Ellllscry - Endling

Well, if you remember to do it, you can save the contents of just one tab. If you want the contents of the 'Global' tab, type:
/copychat global
That will take the contents of your Global tab up to that point and store it on the Windows clipboard where you can paste it into a file. This information is lost when you log and there is a limit (according to ParagonWiki, it's 1000 lines). -
Quote:The good news is, once you have Going Rogue, you'll be able to . . . 'go rogue'. If you prefer the villain powers, you can take a villain over to hero side by doing Tip missions once you hit level 20. If you like the hero powers and the villain content, you can go the other way.Are some of the servers better to play villains on? I noticed on my server, the server itself is always crowded but the villains city is usually dead.
In either case, by changing your alignment just one step (i.e. from Villain to Rogue, instead of all the way to Hero) the character will be able to visit either side of the game at all times. All of my most-played characters are an 'in between' alignment (either Rogue or Vigilante). -
Done.
I love taking surveys. I'm basically a nosy guy so I like to see what people are asking questions about.

Quote:If you know he can't provide it, then why even mention this?I know he can't provide it, but I'm curious as to the content of this exchange in which he suffered "great abuse" from a GM...
Just in case the OP doesn't know the rules, I'll mention that he absolutely SHOULD NOT post any of the details here. -
When an emote gets 'broken', it's usually a bug. I would /bug it in game since there's no guarantee the right people will see this post.

Quote:Everyone telling you "Do things to change things on your computer" is wrong.Oh, so you're saying that changing something on his computer might actually help?Quote:
Changing world detail to 100% on your computer may help with that, but only because it might require the servers to send less information to your computer. -

This. Infrequently (a few times a year), I'll log in and the game will tell me that the account is already logged in. No one else has access to my account and it has a strong password. Sometimes it just doesn't log you out properly.

Quote:Not if you kill them and put their heads on pikes in your front yard as an example to the others. If food ever gets so expensive that I can't buy it for a month, then the food rioters will have already kicked my door in and ransacked the house. And if I'm foolish enough to try holding them off with a shotgun, then I'll get torn to pieces when I eventually need sleep or run out of ammo.

It's not THAT bad. It's STUPID having to run it 3 times, but it's not terribly hard. I think this sets a really bad precedent. Isn't this the only Master badge so far that is impossible to get in a single run?

I happened to notice something really stupid today, simply because I was playing a very tall tank. The Sequester Warning rings SCALE WITH BODY SIZE. That's awfully dumb, isn't it? The Sequester presumably has a fixed radius and this means the visible rings don't actually tell you if you are in danger due to being too close to someone who has aggro.

Do what I do - wait a few weeks and see if there is a big stink about the update 'breaking' things. If not, go ahead and install it. I installed it a couple weeks ago. No problems.

Sure, you laugh now. But if you caught them when they're in there with the tweezers, PUTTING that hair in there just to vex you, then it won't seem so funny.

Is there any indication this has happened to anyone besides you? If not, I suggest it was not the game but something about your computer - despite the apparent 'timing'. Give it a day or so and see if anyone else comes along with the same problem. If so, try to find common factors. If not, it may be just you.
I'll also state the blindingly obvious - it's certainly not affecting everyone, or even a large number. -
Ah-hah, but - work with me now - the forums *DO* have a 'suggestion box' and you can find it here.

Quote:Yet that's exactly what it is. Not the "faults" part. I'm not addressing positive or negative qualities of the game. But the graphics are certainly "dumbed down" to allow the game to run on as many systems as possible. It's a business decision - no more, no less.Don't mistake "That Other Game's" faults as "dumbing down" for "the lowest common denominator."
As a side note, I guess that's how it sounds to YOU. I detect a bit of ego in presuming that it would sound that way to everyone.Quote:And, as a side note, using a blatantly condescending attitude (such as in your post) makes you sound a LOT like the ego-driven elitist from "That Other Game." -
Quote:There's nothing to clarify. je_saist made an offhand remark and you actually COUNTED. Guess who is correct. The real entertainment is that the person who is wrong has this in their sig:Maybe you can clarify. I'm level 50, and I only have a total of 97 slots instead of 98.
"When you've got an entire thread devoted to slagging you because of how often you are right, and how often they are wrong, and they can't accept it, it's time to celebrate."

Anyway, this isn't something to send a petition about. The power can not be enhanced in any way so it does not have any slots associated with it. That's simply the way it is, i.e. 'working as intended'. If you feel that Dual Pistols is gimped because of it, don't use that set. -
Yes, unless you have a reason to want it. I got it on ONE character in order to cover the two reasons I can think of:
1) You're a collector who wants everything.
2) You want to be able to craft IO's *CHEAP* (either to sell, or for friends or SG).
Some people get it on multiple toons. That's too much grinding for me.
Sure, the extra salvage and recipe slots are great. I wasn't questioning why someone would do it; I was questioning why someone would put up with the aggravation of doing it on a level one toon (limited salvage capacity and limited consignment slots).Quote:The extra salvage and recipe slots are very handy. I have a level-locked 15 scrapper for AE farming that has all the recipe slots unlocked for faster ticket rolling. Keep meaning to level her to 20 but never getting around to it. heh.
the salvage slots are nice as well.
