    Increase dwarf hp cap to 3k or 3500.. So its more = to todays type of tank..

    End drain protection in both form would be great..

    Lastly if they could make toggles suppress while shifted instead of droped.. so you get a real feel of a shape shifting AT.. That change alone would make me go back to human dwarf.
  3. I dont really play in triform anymore much less pve besides trials.. but im sure if you want to lay waste to a big group a iod out pb with nova stacked up would do more dmg.. than the 3 aoe powers and inner light..

    And dwarf is still going to tank better than human form.. and by tank meaning actually taunting and holding group..

    nova = aoe killer dwarf= old time tank..

    IF your into that get the forms..

    If your into playing like a energy/regen/resistant blapper then go all human..

    Eventually the devs will look at pbs again .. and we will get a better buff for forms.... but be happy.. its a buff.. its a bufff.. we kheldians getting buff.. lol

    So yeah enjoy it..

    In the meantime if ur a kheldian enthusiast then build a ws for pve.. and spec a pb for pvp.. and enjoy

    Just did the old scrapper challenge plus 4 mob with atleast 2 rikti bosses.. there was one mesmerist and i didnt get held..

    Not saying that you will never get held but its will be a lot better now.. and a lot less use of break frees..

    still haven't tested against some serious mezzers though.. will test later however..

    You guys both have good points... yes pb underperformed compared to other AT's and yes fully iod out is not baseline of say a new player coming to play the AT for the first time...

    but i agree with memphis its all in the playing style and what you like..

    I play my pb like a ranged scrapper with shields/regen..

    And i mostly pvp with my pb .. and these changes are a big deal in the pvp environment..

    So really its all up to the end user... until

    the devs fix the forms and or the inherent so it can be more easier for the new people and closer to other AT'S without noobing the AT up for the fanatics.

    no not saying it is.. and im sure with light form on in the regular servers i can prob do the same before light form ran out..

    but the changes accomplish alot of things such as knowing that the player base is being listen to.. if you look in the threads you can see people calling for these changes mainly.. so the devs are not only doing changes to the must ignored AT.. but listening to the player base's ideas..

    and secondly they didnt take away anything in exchange.. well except for the lightform and the footstomp ... i actually like those.

    and i agree with all that dwarf and nova still needs a boost.. and the inherant should be redone to give something solo..

    but we still got something.. we kheldians got something.. i guess im just happy we got something.. lol

    it's kinda funny that the old scrapper challenge is the only baseline pbs can function at with full IO slotting when nowadays a scrapper would tear through them like paper. i really don't like the idea that these buffs are the only ones PBs are getting, nor do i like the idea that they bring peacebringers on par with any other archetype (because they don't).

    they're not even close to enough to bringing PBs to any acceptably playable level to anyone outside of fanatics like everyone posting in this thread.

    However you gotta admit its pretty big considering this is solo.. and on a team with full saturated cosmic challenge the scrapper challenge would be a joke even to a kheldian..

    so im just saying we should be happy they didnt skip over us this issue.. and glad that they actually listen to the players on these changes.. some of us been calling for these changes for years literally..

    Im not one to cheer on the devs.. you can look through my post history.. but im glad they did something..

    just completed another scrapper challeng this time with 3 bossees

    chief mesmerist lvl54
    and 2 chief soldiers lvl 54..

    But this time i had to use geas.. to get light form perma.. that mesmerist was kicking my butt..

    took out comm officer first.. then.. nuked the group.. let out seekers.. then started working on mesmerist. seekers again then soldiers..

    human form pb is BOOOSSSS NOW!!!

    yeah.. the forms should be updated now.. since there locked out of everything else..

    what changes the pb needs now imho

    Raise nova dmg.

    Increase dwarf HP and raise dmg

    and change toggles so that they suppress when changed ..

    thats my opinion of course.
  10. oh just tested in rwz the old scrapper challenge.. and i can officially say a all human io'd out full incarnate pb can complete the old scrapper challenge..

    that's lvl 54 mob with 2 lvl 54 bosses in group with no insp and no lore pets (if i took them out it would be alot easier).. and i did not get mezzed with two mentalist..


    I like the change.. just tweak the crash and we got a winner..

    i personally love the change because i only pvp with my pb and do trials but i have to agree that the crash is horrible.. especially since we are running 9 toggles.. no crash or a wp type crash with just half your endurance going down would be great.. but a heavy crash like that is just annoying.

    I LOVE THE BUFF.. BUT JUST TWEAK THE CRASH IN OUR FAVOR A LIL PLEASE

    also while we are fixing pb.. how about some end recovery resistance in shields.. being of light but we can have our end sucked out..

    Not exactly similar but i like it..

    You the devs are the best people in my life right now.. and i thank you for this change.. this change and this change alone can prob .. will prob keep me on this game for years to come...

    Now they really going to hate us in pvp

  16. Ok I curently have smoke grenade on my widow and plan on getting daigmatic for added To hit debuff. Was wondering was it worth the stackin or would I get more worth by trading the grenade for mace blast, giving me three range attacks. I also have the webnade and shayor armor so I don't mind the redraw.

    Just want to know which will be better to have in the long run.

  20. naaah... no changes to how the set already works.. just tweaking thats all we need... and here we go again.. for both we need this.

    Both:
    1. Reduce shifting time.
    2. Reduce shift interrupt time.
    3. Raise dmg modifiers.
    4. Change all knoback to knockdown
    5. Suppress toggles instead of disabling them while switched to forms

    WS:
    1. Make the immobilize power a cone or targeted aoe..
    2. Switch all the resistance shields to Defensive, except for eclipse. The defensive will stack well with shadow cloak and when eclipse is saturated you will have a nice layer of mitigation instead of a over capped one.
    3. Change the ws dwarf heal to a Dark Armor heal clone ie aoe, not single target.

    PB:
    1. Change group flight to something useful.. Like a power like fire embrace.. Call it light enhancer or something .. for 20 sec your dmg increases, with a 90 sec recharge.
    2. Change Seekers to a targeted AOE with a chance for it to veer off to any target between you and the intended target. And lower the recharge.
    3. Change Light form to a shadow meld or mog clone. 30sec of a 50% resistance buff 70% defense buff, 120 sec recharge.

    This is all my opinion of course.. but this will keep the toons the same to what they are now so the vets wont get pissed at the change.. and the toon will be re-energized for newer players.

    i just thought of something .. if you ever played champions online there was a way to instant duel someone right there on the map.. so you and your rp buddy having a fight.. you can press duel and rp fight him in the middle of atlas..

    It was kinda cool in CO that would make it easier for pve'rs to start transitioning into pvp.. then when they get better and more comfortable they can start venture into zones and the arena..

    but if you have vets goin up against standard pver's even if its on a rp server it would still be a slaughter.. which the pvers that cheered for i13 and the devs didnt understand.. experience in a art will make you better than a person who has no care in the art at all, and just want to test it out.. thats what makes the art fun, and worth doing...

    pvp in a nutshell.

    just make the forms change shorter and suppress toggles when changed instead of dropping them..

    But micro your explanation of the hp cap might lead them to nerf essence boost. and we dont want that.. they should raise the cap of both dwarf anyway. maybe to 3k in that form..

    yes it does uses its heal.. but i only seem to see it do it only if the toon drops below half life.. then mine which is teir 2 heals me for 250 ever 2secs or so till im full strength.. It also heals the other offensive pet..
