    fixing droners

    There is a fix to drones.. get out of range of them .. douuuuhhhhhh!!!


    I remmember when vills frist enter zones in bb right after the zones droped.. we were waiting near the arachnos hospital and just killing people..

    And stalkers use to just sit in the hero hospital and kill you when you respawn.

    The drones are there for a reason.. just get out of range simple
  2. i slot mind for end mod.. since i mostly pvp.. the resistance values i get from it is meh.. so i slot 3 performance and 2 of (cant remember the name) for the hp values..which will equate to more resistance anyway
  3. Its really up in the air as far as pve go though.. fighting a bunch of minions couple of lt. and a boss i would rather go fender.. it would be around the same survival rate with pb but use of energy and quickness of the kill will be easier on defender.

    but against a eb .. or av.. or even a bunch of bosses i would choose a pb anyday.

    alot more hp. tanker lvl resistance. would allow the take of alpha hits... from a strong oppenant..

    when it all comes down to it.. the comparison between pbs and defenders is the same as pbs and ws.

    This Defender build already comes dangerously close to matching Peacebringer DPS- I find that a Time Defender is generally able to reach defense and global recharge goals with much more ease than a PB trying to perma LF and build decent defense, so there's a much wider comfort zone for a Defender to grab Musculature over Agility.

    I agree with a lil of both of you.

    Although pbs have alot more shielding/heals.. a good debuff defender with some minor shielding and their 5sec heal can survive in SOME situations as good as or better than a pb...

    However in pvp defenders are top notch and is way better at dmg and survival .. espicially with the new hybrids and incandesance buffing up their heal..

    So yeah buff pbs please.. more dmg
  5. if you pick crab power and try to respec back to bane.. you will still have the legs.. once you have the legs you will always have the legs.. i just built a whole new Soa When i made my bane.. and when im respecing im just careful not to pick any crab stuff.

    Im at work right now and cant post build.. but i basically followed a old pvp bane build that i think macscull posted.. in pve i have 70% def range. and about 50 to melee.. in pvp.. its about 43 to 37 ...

    but its very easy to go over board in pve.. if you build for def.. and shatter - shatter armor- placate shater destroys anything.. throw in range attacks and some surviellance .. your golden

    just build for def and hp.. youll be good in pve..

    YEAH the set bonuses alone is making me go crasy.. that means with only 3 you can get a big bonus to rechrge.. on a pb this is going to be nuts.. let alone a shade.. wow.. devs did good on this one.. still though the heal is cool.. but it would have been cooler if they gave us a chance for increase dmg or something... but the proc is great thumbs up!!!

    A bunch of other kheld and I usally pvp every night.. maybe we can head up the pvp section of this sg..

    I will be joining with Iron Ascension lvl54 all human pb.. and Zaha'Doom lvl 53 all human shade..

    i pvp with both.. a team of khelds in pvp is not only good but, gets the opposition very upset that they die to a lol kheld ..

    I will let my friends know about the sg aswell.. thanks for doing this hope it goes a long way...!!!

  14. As a avid pvper of both my pb and now my shade..

    pbs are way better in a one and one scenario against a shade.. their is no contest...

    Also i can say since ive beaten a couple.. a all human pb is way better than a triform.. eventhough a triform last long.. it just cant get bast rebirt, essense, and reform.. if you cant dmg me then you are bound to die...

    i can give you actual number of my resistance stats of my pb and shade..

    Pb: with all the shields light form , and tough plus IO's and accollades and sitting at teir 4 incarnate.
    I have 57% sm/lt,
    57% cold and fire, and
    59% energ/neg..
    psi dmg 45% and
    toxic 50 outside of essence boost 54 with it.

    light form in pvp has a downtime of about 25 sec..
    With light form down its about 10% off resistance give or take a point.

    i first did it with one target on eclipse.. 41% psi,smsh, ltl, fire, cold. and 47% to enrg/neg, and 35% to toxic..

    with 3 eclipse i usually can get up to 47% 51% respectivly it just the matter of the group you do it in.. however in rv its usually just 3

    I didnt go with tough on my shade.. but i have friends that do.. i instead went with aidself.. and rebirth.

    The thing that makes ws weaker than pbs for a duel is that everything is made for corpse or a actual body.. which is not the case for pbs.. and building for pvp you have to focus on single target powers.. and pbs is just way better in a single target scenario than shades..

    So pbs win this one.. sorry shades..

    however shades is becoming one of my fav toon to play in pvp.. i usually thought the greatest satisfaction was killing people on my pb.. but killing people on my shade is even better .. i love to hear "no way im going to make a shade beat me"

    also a group of shades is deadly in pvp..

    We usually run in rv every night .. i know some of you guys just switched to freedom.. you guys should joing us.. its usually a team of 6 like pbs and shades.. the more the merrier .. its funny when people say they hate heats.. so come join us.. !!!!

    The reason Scrappers Brutes and Tanks get more is just economies of scale. It requires no additonal work.

    (And conversely: How much of an insult it would be to the stalker AT if the devs Port ninjitsu JUST to scrappers.)
    ECON 101.. This is completely true..

    Its not about theme.. its just that how could we save money.. and retain costumers at the same time..If you really think about it the devs can port every set.. but is that worth the time money and effort.. not really.

    But to give you my opinion scrappers should get Nin.. and stalkers should get every melee power.. you can be stealthy with a shovel!!!


    Also i like the idea of Bushido...

    instead of nin flip invuln on its head and make it def...
    Make Invince and tough hide a resistance buff..
    change dull pain to the ninjitsu heal..
    and give us a def version of Strenght of will for a tier.. (Just a extra layer def with a light crash)..
    give us cool lil ninjitsu animations
    one of the powers can be a combat invis and bingo BUSHIDO...

  19. my human only build wouldnt change except i would drop seekers and get dwarf back just for the heal.. but thats a big IF.. CUASE seekers at close range is o so sweet

    I have a question about KG

    K so it says +recharge 4 times per min.. so the 18% rechrge is not alwasy on? and do i have to make it proc in a dmg attack to make it go off? or is it a global boost and always on?

    and lastly is it affected by DR ? espiecally the resistance part in human form.. i dont notice it when i was in rv.. my res lvls were pretty much the same
  22. imho in some builds its not really worth it.. but in the weaker builds it does make a difference.. but thats my opinion of course... if your going a melee build you can use them and bush that toon to the limit.. but its up to you..

    this is all thats really needed .. and maybe a lil increase in dmg..

    Im now pvping with my shade and its hella fun.. and my pb is my top pvper.. and using my shade pvp build in pve is like im almost unstoppable against +2 size 8 team malta.. i dont use forms anymore.. too slow for my play style.. but i beleive that would help many if froms were just a suppression and the animation was cut down..

    that is all.. we dont need a overall

    i gotta stop making toons.. seems like everytime i build a melee toon and slot it out.. the next issue is a nerf.. so expect a nerf for sj/elec for issue 23 ..

    Well atleast i still have my peacebringer and you all know pbs were born nerfed in pvp.. so the only way to go is up.. (plus i hear we get our kosh ball animation in light form back in costume so that means cut animation times for powers )

    TO the original poster welcome to pvp ala coh and the forums.. dont take these guys seriously there all just kidding of course.. the pvpers in coh have to develop a understanding in this game that even if you support the game spend the most money real and ingame, make the ingame market run, we wont get any respect. And your toons are subject to get nerfed at any point in time.

    At the end of the day the devs dont understand pvp and when they here a cry they bring nuclear bombs to pick up a lil trash cleaning..

    KM should have had CS reduced The other powers increased and the range increase.. but what can you do.. ON TO THE NEXT ONE!!!
