  1. Just confirming that Brunhilda will be there.

Surely this isn't happening with all rescue details? Is it specific to this map?

    [/ QUOTE ]
It happened to me on the Midnighter Club map and it sounds like Inazuma is using a standard office map. I just know I bugged it in the Beta and on Live, and I can't publish my arc until it is fixed.

I'm using the Green Fog map, to be specific.
  3. If they're gonna change what counts for a badge, they should tell us.
  4. Since when? All Arachnos have always counted for it.
  5. I filed a bug report in-game, but just in case, I'm posting it here.

The counter for my Scrapper's Spider Smasher badge is stuck at 145. No matter how many Arachnos I plow through in Radio missions, the counter never gets higher. They don't seem to be counted.
  6. Someone has speculated that they're Praetorian salvage from the GR expansion later this year.
  7. Yes, that's exactly what's happening. I tested it again and followed the first freed captive. Sure enough, as soon as he went out the door, mission failed.
  8. I don't think so. These are just the standard guys you rescue. They shouldn't be attackable.
  9. I need some help here.

In my latest AE arc, I have a timed mission in which you need to rescue 5 people from an office building before it collapses.

The editor reports no errors anywhere in my arc. Yet, every time I test this mission, it fails a few seconds after I rescue the first person. I save them, they thank me and run off, then about 5-10 seconds later I'm booted out and told Mission Failed!

I have no clue what is causing this. Is it a bug I'm unaware of?

Im not sure if this is for every TF, but I was running the Doctor Khan TF today and you could BUY INSPIRATIONS FROM HIM.

    O_o

We can buy insps from the TF contact???? YES!!!
  11. The mothership would be buried really fast.
  12. I call dibs on a War Mace Brute named Hammerspace!
  13. I had fun, and Brunhilda will be there next time for Faathim!

Last time I did Doc Q (read: 2 years ago) we got it done in 3 and a half hours, even with me and the other SR scrapper having a contest to see who could get killed by the eyeballs the most.

We both tied at 22. Thankfully, our team seemed to be amused enough by our antics to keep rezzing us.

Wow, and here I thought "I can die more than you!" contests were only found amongst Blasters.
  15. I'll be there again with Brunhilda Tyrsdottir.
  16. I'm good pretty much anytime. I can't remember anyone else on the team, though. Not exactly.

Let's shoot for just Scrappers and Tankers, whoever we recruit.

    Pffff lol.

Saw an npc in the AE building in Talos say something straight from pinky and the brain, today, "but where are we going to get leather pants in our size?"

I saw Wretch hanging out in the St. Martial Studio B the other day.

I saw Leo Knight on the balcony outside the AE in Peregrine yesterday.

Yes, Task Force Scranker was unstoppable on Saturday. I was a little leery even starting a Dr. Q after several people chimed in with completion time estimates as high as 8 hours, but once I saw what we had for a team I knew we had nothing to worry about

Was my first time running one, and was an absolute blast thanks to everyone on the team (which is saying a lot given how monotonous that TF is).

    [/ QUOTE ]

We need to reunite Task Force Scranker for the other Shadow Shard TFs!

I've run 3 Doc Q's, in the last 3 years.

The first 2 took 7.5 and by hour 5, I was ready to kill someone.

The last one I ran was just a couple of weeks ago and it took right at 5.

I'd like to get on one of these 2 - 3 hour teams. I'd be running it every 24 hours =P

It's not hard. Form a team that can separate into 2-4 functional groups (or have your whole team capable of taking a spawn down in less than 4 seconds and keep moving at a frenetic pace). Lay waste to surroundings. Repeat. And repeat some more. And do some more repeating. And finis--wait, sorry, need to repeat some more. Then finish.

    [/ QUOTE ]

That's exactly what my team did. All meleers, so our strategy was always "run in and pound faces into the floor." Mobs went down so fast it wasn't even funny.

    [/ QUOTE ]

I don't believe you. Mobs going down at a rapid pace to non-precision face-punting is never not funny. Thus, there is only one possible reason you wouldn't find it funny - YOU'RE A WITCH! GET THE FIRE!

    [/ QUOTE ]

Well, okay, it was funny at first. But after 24 missions... okay it was still a little funny.

  21. Done in 3:47. 6 Scrappers, 2 Tankers. We steamrolled over everything.

My thanks to all the members of Task Force Heisenberg (aka, Task Force Scranker)! It was my first time doing Quarterfield's TF, and I had a blast!
  22. I've very sorry about your dog. My own dog is 11 years old, and I find that losing him weighs more and more on my mind as time goes by.
