  2. I don't mind the cutscenes.

And honestly, there will always be someone who will be seeing it for the first time, and you want to deny them the chance? That's probably why they're unskippable.

Gotta love the part in Casket of Ancient Winters where Hawkeye thinks they should move to the west coast where it's warmer.
  4. So any ideas on just what did happen to Nick Fury? His vanishing act seems to have happened off-screen, and it's been left unresolved until next season.

Agreed. The Coming Storm must be really powerful if even the Well is intimidated enough to throw all it's weight behind Cole.

    Dag, yo.
"I would have words with thee" is Thor-speak for "I'm gonna curb stomp your face."
  7. The article says he drops some hints about I21, but I can't seem to find any.

I actually can't remember them being called The White Walkers in the books either. A friend suggested they changed the name for the TV series so that it wouldn't look like they were copying Lost and their mysterious evil monsters with the same name.
That's what TV Tropes claims is the reason, as well.

Launching Dr. Horrible in a comparatively untested medium, with only his finances behind it, he must have experienced quite a thrill when it worked.
Exactly. Fox couldn't cancel or meddle with Dr. Horrible. It turned out just how he wanted it, and it was awesome.

Or like Spectacular Spider Man, which got cancelled because Disney bought out Marvel. But that won't happen now.
  11. Since this is a sub game, technically all our powers are paid for.
  12. The ending was truly epic. Not to mention the cliffhanger. Now I want season 2 to start!
  13. Episode 22:

Holy Carp! Ultron makes his move!

Holy Carp! Did Wasp just do that?

Holy Carp! Iron Man's Mark I Armor in action!

    I love this episode!
  14. So, the last six episodes of Avengers: Earth's Mightiest Heroes have not yet aired in North America (what's the deal, Disney DX?). They have, however, aired in Australia.

New episodes start with #20 (Casket of Ancient Winters)

EDIT: Watched episodes 20 & 21. Both good stuff.

Ep 20: Loved the cameos by ______ & _______. Also nice seeing Wasp in a bikini.

Ep 21: The Cosmic Cube saga comes to a head. The after-effects look like they will be interesting. Also, what DID happen to Fury?
  15. Since Felicia's character died, I dunno how'd she come back for the sequel.... unless it's flashbacks... or Dr. Horrible finds a way to raise her from the dead.
  16. The first episode is airing several times tonight. So, what did y'all think?

That surprised me. I was sure Ms. Brahms was still alive, but Wendy Richard passed in 2009, as did Mrs. Slocum (Mollie Sugden).
  18. I love that show. My condolences to his family.

To be honest, Cassidy Freeman would look hot in a potato sack, so picking the right dress wasn't hard.

  21. Ah, it's good to see Sit Ian getting in Gandalf mode again. And Andy getting into Gollum mode. It all makes my inner geek happy.

    Lambda Sabatoge!

I may have been on that run with my SS Brute. We finished despite someone grenadeing Mauarader before we were finished aciding the portals. We kept yelling at them to stop wasting grenades. It all worked out in the end, though.
