A couple years ago, Mad Scientist put a spreadsheet together that shows items, rooms, costs, etc. The costs might be out of date, but the rest of the info is still pretty good.

I don't know anything about D&D online, but unfortunately this question might be skirting forum rules.... we're not supposed to discuss other games here. Casual mention in passing is okay, but detailed discussions are a no-no.
. -
I tend to use them sporadically, pretty much as most folks here have mentioned.
I don't rate for PUG mission runs, but try to remember to do so after TF's
5 is someone I know personally or who I've played with for a long time.
4 is someone I recognize as very skilled or generally respected in the community.
3 is an average or casual player that I have teamed with and had no problems (default).
2 is someone who is "on probation", or I'm unsure of
1 is usually someone who's earned a special place on my ignore list for exceptional rudeness.
I also do use the notes to help my old brain remember the circumstances of meeting or playing with folks.
I have my options set to show rating always, and have found myself on teams with players that I've previously rated... I like that because it gives me an opportunity to add to a note, or adjust a rating... if warranted.

Quote:All "target next" commands are proximity commands. They target the closest thing, and if you hit it again will move to the "next closest" thing outward from yourself.I tried that, it simply targets the closest available teammate =/
Edit: Regardless of weather they're dead or alive.
"teammate defeated" should work. No idea why it's targeting live teammates.
ETA: according to the wiki page, the "target_custom_near" command will accept the "defeated" parameter.
So, maybe "target_custom_near defeated" would work. But it would not necessarily designate a teammate.
'Course, I just usually look at my team list and hit the shift+teammate# to target the one I want.

Quote:It does, and if I recall correctly, the icon is a martini glass. BUT I also think you need to have "lounge" icons enabled on the map. So, double check the little legend pop-up menu for that....
You can get there through Pocket D. I believe the entrance shows up as Studio 54 on your map.

So many choices... that is the "blessing" of CoX.
When hubby (Rangle) tanks, I break out my kin defender.
For his scrappers, I tend to go for my 'troller (plant/rad).
But, y'know, sometimes I just feel like jumping in and smashing things too... so I'll break out my fire/fire scrapper (but that does generate some aggro).
Something "in between" might be a fire/kin 'troller... haven't tried that one yet, though I've heard good things.
You may have noticed that these are all "hero" AT's, because I don't really play villies (I have grand total of 1, a Praet.). So I'll let others toss out ideas from the "other side" of the fence.

No, not overlooking anything of the sort.
I'm just saying it doesn't work for me.
I freely admit that it is a matter of my own perception.
It still doesn't work for me.
That is all.

Quote:The same way that the mirrors of Primal heroes have different names, I suppose. How would evolving change the name of the guy who originally became the monster?
Why would the "mirror" monsters have the same name, if the "mirror" heroes don't?
It's because of what each society has labeled them... If you are trying to say that Praet Hami is a completely different type of monster, the question for me becomes; Why would two mirrored but separate societies come up with the same name for "different" monsters?
Like I said, if you want to say Praet. Hami is another form of the same genus, that would be more logical to me.
That is all.

Quote:Right, but both Duncans are still human.... on Primal Earth, Megan Duncan (Ms. Liberty) is a Martial Arts/Invulnerability Scrapper. On Praetorian Earth, Megan Duncan (Dominatrix) has gravity powers.
Primal Hami is described as an amoeba.
So I would expect the mirror/parallel version to be something similar, not some other type of fully fleshed monster. If the Praet. Hami has evolved so far as to become a fully fleshed monster, it should have a different name, IMO.
NOW, IF you want to say that the Praet. version of Hami is some other type of protozoa... I could buy into that.

Quote:Along with what Jade Dragon mentioned about bases:Bases: Has anything changed here since they lowered the costs oh-so many issues back? I've been on my new guy and thus not joined my Supergroup. Will he be able to join a Villain SG as a Vigilante?
- You can now set permissions for your salvage bins/racks, but you have to do it for each one separately and you must be on a toon that has the "edit permissions" setting enabled.
- Base salvage was done away with in i13, salvage racks now hold a limit of 30 invention salvage.
- Temp powers from the empowerment stations now require invention salvage to craft. The recipes for the same buffs may vary between the arcane & tech versions of the stations.
- Raids and raid pathing have been disabled (i13 again). Many items can now be overlapped, intersected, and floating/stacking items is easier than ever. Check the base forums for more info.
- There is now one head leader, indicated with the red star. The red star leader has all permissions granted by default. The red star is subject to the demotion time set in the SG settings. It will fall to the most senior person (that has logged within the valid time frame) in the next rank down.
- There is a new version of the CoP trial. It generally requires 3 teams lead by members of the same SG. It is accessed through the Raid Teleporter. But since you are mostly solo, you may not be concerned with it. If you suddenly find interest, there are several threads on the subject.

Bah!
Sorry I missed that detail.
I have to say, it doesn't make sense to me to make Hami a completely different creature in a world that is supposed to be a parallel/mirror of Primal. *shrug*

I agree, looks more like a Luska thing.
Hami does not have tentacles. He has mitos. And goo.
(from P-wiki)
Quote:Hamidon is the ultimate monster in the game. A giant amoeba that spawns within The Hive (Hero Side) and The Abyss (Villain Side). Between the Hamidon core and its many surrounding Mitochondria, Hamidon is difficult to defeat. Over time specific strategies have evolved that take 30-50 heroes to defeat Hamidon.
Hami is shown here on the end without his mitos. Notice also the giant tentacle next to the octopus (Luska).

Hope you find the challenges and adventures you seek.
Your red name will be missed.

Saw it last night on IMAX.
Graphics & costuming were incredible.
Action sequences & fights were impressive.
"Young Bridges" worked for me in the virtual world, but was just a little "off" in the opening scene... Not off in a cartoony sense, more like in a "airbrushed" sense.
Michael Sheen... love that guy.
Storyline and character development were... light. Not saying the bits & pieces weren't there for the finding, just that I would rather have had more than just bits & pieces.
Overall, though, I came away with an enjoyable entertainment experience.

Quote:I didn't miss that at all... neither did I miss his follow up...The original point was "Namely, the abilities to make your cleavage larger then your head. Real girls, in real life, don't have breasts that big" which seebs shot down spectacularly with his comic book analogy, that you seem to be missing.
Quote:... and we're about as likely to see the ridiculously giant boobs go away as we are to see the removal of capes and spandex with holes in it.
Quote:I just thought I'd share these - this character was an experiment in costume design to see if I could get an armoured female that didn't look overly girly. I think it turned out pretty well.
The character is built on the Female model.
But IMO, the shoulders are still... too "delicate" & disproportional.

Congrats!
Welcome to the world of eat, poop, sleep (a little), and not necessarily in that order.

Don't you wish your teammate SPEED BOOSTED like me...

Don't you?

Quote:I think you're missing a key point...., and we're about as likely to see the ridiculously giant boobs go away as we are to see the removal of capes and spandex with holes in it.
I don't think anyone has said, "do away with ginormous boobies".
What they are saying is, "give us smaller options as well".

Quote:What Vanden said.
Also, if anyone has toons on Justice, Hami's are run quite often. Some are scheduled and some are spontaneous. Scheduled Hami's are usually posted in the JFA2010 MOTD. Anyone who has a high enough toon is welcome to come and get a feel for it... as many times as you need. I know that it took several runs for me to finally get a feel for the pattern in the chaos.
Then, come on back to good ol' Triumph and give it another shot! Like some have said, you will probably make adjustments for your community, but at least you'll have a starting point of familiarity.
eta:
Also, I do have some toons here, but they are not nearly high enough, or I'd love to help out.

I can agree with... more range... going toward the lower scale for the boobsliderofdoom.
It wouldn't necessarily hinder those who enjoy using the maxed end of the scale.
I also agree that the female shoulders & arms are pathetic. I have several women friends whose average athletic builds could put the shoulder/arms of the game's female frame to shame.
And I am speaking as a woman who is rather well endowed (naturally "blessed" with hourglass proportions), and has skinny arms!

wow... total timing fluke... got one
