Can't see it well in that picture, but it seems to me that it's a wing raider commander. Those have white uniforms instead of green. You can find a whole bunch of them in Terra Volta, usually together with sky skiffs.

I was in a group that attempted the ITF earlier (we gave up after 2 guys D/Ced and dindn't come back). One of the tanks reaked of farming, he kept asking for blue insps and burned through them fast (he was a willpower tank btw) and he had no taunt.
When pressed about the taunt, he said "I got it on my other build, but i don't have the cash atm".
I'm thinking, what the heck does cash got to do with it? and told him that EVERY build should have a taunt, it being the cornerstone of a tank.
anyway, since the other 2 guys haddn't returned by this point, and the rest of the group was wanting to get far away from the nub tank, we dropped the task force and ran for the hills. -

As for merging US server list in i guess would not hurt but not sure if would allow you to make chars on thier servers if still EU acct.

I was leveling my Union Stalker, because I never get into groups with it (or rather, fate mocks me and people ask me to group with them just as I'm logging out >< )

I'd like to share 2 opions of mine.
1: I don't like the idea or merging servers with the yanks, but I do like the sound of merging the lists to grant us access to their servers and they to ours.
2: I definatley don't like the idea of merging Union and Defiant, especially scince i tend to recycle names and I'd have a major confict with myself ¬.¬ -

It's an origin arc, but I made sure to leave all traces of ego out of the arc, and all glory goes to the player because of the 2 characters who's origin this arc describes, one is the villain whom the player must defeat, and the other, a hero, is indisposed so he cannot interfere.
arc continains 1 Elite Boss, but he's a pushover
