I'd like it if you had the ability to select yourself as the target for Clear Mind and Fortitude. The animation could switch from the "Hands casting to target" to "Hands focusing on head" (like the ones you see for some psi attacks).

Because you have Healing Aura, won't need "select self" versions of Heal Other and Absorb Pain (which frankly wouldn't work anyway casting on yourself), and Adrenaline Boost is fine as it is.

I played with this team once (I was a Crab). It was so awesome I have been ruined since when it comes to teaming. Nothing else comes close!

I hear War Mace is quite heavy on end usage, which Willpower can sort out with due to Quick Recovery. In issue 16, you can probably change the yellow glowing from Willpower into another colour of your choice. :3

Both Inv and WP work in a similiar manner to each other; use enemies to fuel Invincibility/Rise To The Challenge. With IOs, both sets can be pretty awesome, so in the end, it's just a matter of choice. :3

Just Electrifying Fences from Scirocco's Mu Mastery.

Seems like the animation for slow teleporters got borked. Just use one and you'll see what I mean. The animation looks like it keeps getting interrupted. Either that, or the character has been drinking too much coffee.

Gloom is the skull head attack one, so depending on your playstyle, it may not fit concept. Still planning on taking it anyway on my Fortunata, hehe.

Just do what I did and build a second soldier. :3

Soldier 1: Crab
Soldier 2: Wolfspider(build1) / Bane(build2)

VEATs are really fun when you can find a good duoing partner, and I don't mind going through it again, as my Crab was really fun to level. I duoed my Crab with a friend who was a crab spider too (he ended up following my build almost exactly for same powers) before pact was introduced from 1-50 and we pretty much attempted to time our dings together. :3

(edit) Actually, ignore all this, I just realised OP wanted Crab powers without Crab legs, haha. My post was wasted for nothing! Build yourself as a Wolfspider while picking Bane so you have no legs, and if you want overflow of pets, pick Black Scorpion for another robot spider and you can pretend your three big spiders are spiderlings.

Would it be worth waiting until level 41 for Ghost Widow's patron power Gloom to fill out the single target attack chain, perhaps? High Damage, even if it's DoT, and 1.1s cast time.

"Monster"-class enemies are basically a tiny step-up from "Archvillains", so they're not exactly standard enemies. I can't remember if they turn into EBs or anything depending on difficulty though. :3

Only thing I can suggest is to not have them as mission objectives if you want them in your mission.

Guess we can disregard this - servers got rolled back due to server instabilities introduced by the patch. :3

You were probably fighting against Vahzilok or Lost. Enemy mobs recently got patched to use new emotes while waiting for you to approach. For some mobs, this includes lying down on the job, and in the case of Lost, panhandling.

Anyone got a link to patch notes for 4th August on US or EU servers? Been attempting to find it, but there's nothing. :3

Fun for me started at 20+ with stamina... due to the cone and PBAoE attacks, along with toggles, unless you delay some of them, it will drain your end horrifically.

Some of Radiation Blast's attacks might feel a little sluggish and slow to affect enemies (like Neutron Bomb, despite how awesome it looks), but even so, it seems to go well with Radiation Emission. You might want to look into getting Achilles' Heel procs in some attacks to further reduce enemy resistance.
