  1. Brawl index increased and figures balanced so they 'generally' do as much or more damage in an attack chain as their CoH cousin, the Scrapper, excluding AS as part of the chain as it's only used at the start of a combo. This is balanced by their lower survivability such as lower HP in combat. This is sort of working on the scale below (even if there isn't much difference in offense between Brute and Scrapper at high levels of fury):

Overall offense from weakest to strongest:
    Tanker - Brute - Scrapper - Stalker

Overall survivability from weakest to strongest:
    Stalker - Scrapper - Brute - Tanker

This plays on the role of 'glass cannon' for the Stalker, even when revealed.

Placate - placate up to four other targets surrounding placated enemy within 15ft

Assassin Strike - decrease interruption time and cast time (not too much)

I just thought up one more:

3: If used outside missions, allow random standard NPCs (not the enemy ones) to occasionally comment "Nice dog" or "Awwwwww" or "I hate dogs!" or something similar to how NPCs can comment on your past missions.

I'm legitimately shocked that this wasn't the next Judgement power, actually. I mean, like I said, I love Vorpal, and it definitely fits my Scrapper better than a super-ground-punch would, but I also have characters that the punch would be a better fit on. Of course, I'm sure they're not done releasing new Judgements, it's just gonna take longer since it requires new animations.
Haha, so if it's on the ground, then it's a ground punch of some sort, and if it's in the air, it uses handclap animation instead?
  4. Improvements needed on the dog:

1: Work with Walk power - we have a walk power and a dog power, only make sense to allow players to walk their dog, haha. Dog will probably need new walking animation as well.
2: Allow dog to growl and bark at enemies if player is attacking them. I don't want a dog to just sit there scratching itself while I'm wailing on enemies. Having it bark at enemies would also serve the purpose of non-combat-ness while at least giving it the appearance of showing some interest in what you do.

I thought it was 80 foot range 80 degree arc?
The Core and Radial tier 4 versions both have 120ft range and 120degree cone. Maybe it's harder to aim it so it was given more range and arc to make up for it? Or maybe because it's smash/lethal DoT damage and not the 'exotic' damage the other judgements have?

    Lore Pets?

I'm surprised that Phantoms achieved third place. Spectre, the boss Phantom, has three attacks:

Greater Ice Sword (recharges in 10 seconds)
Fire Blast (recharges in 5 seconds)
Fire Sword Circle (recharges in 20 seconds)

Maybe the Phantom, with the following attacks, makes up for it.
Fire Blast (recharges in 5 seconds)
Fire Sword (recharges in 6 seconds)

    Just comparing to Warworks....
    Mk-VI 'Victoria'
    Swipe (4.00s)
    Cross Cut (6.00s)
    Plasma Eye Beams (8.00s)

    ACU
    Full Auto (12.00s)
    Plasma Rifle Burst (6.00s)

Something to note is that both Cimeroran pets inherit their ability to do Scrapper criticals from their normal forms, and Victoria inherits the base 10% to crit from Stalker (as the lore version cannot stealth like the real version).

Not sure if this will work or not, but if your second or third build is empty (i.e. you haven't used it), try switching to that one first before editing costume. Since it's technically 'level 1' as a result of never visiting trainers, it should mean Mace Mastery isn't selected and as such, you should be able to edit costume... maybe.

Once you're done, if the costume changes stick, just change your build back to your normal one.

I have no idea if this works or not, haha.

Additionally, the 'Long Range Teleport' door in Peregrine has been removed. I figured that was not WAI, but you guys could have logged the change in the patch notes.
Considering the location of Peregrine Isle and how it's disconnected from everywhere else with just a ferry linking it to Talos, it could have been a feature. Move it closer to the Portal Corporation buildings, have couple talking NPCs outside it saying they've made an experiment of localizing portal tech to teleport people over Paragon City.

    Ah well, such a waste.
  9. Kinda sad the following command:

    /buy_coh

was removed. Now I can't go to title screen without having to wait 30 seconds, haha.

    Task Forces

Illusion controllers are some of the favorites for Task Forces due to Phantom Army, and Group Invisibility. When the Tanker is worried about taking the alpha, use Phantoms, and when people feel like stealthing through particular missions, use invisibility.

Radiation and Cold are two favorites to pair with it, due to debuffing and either Accelerate Metabolism or Ice Shields. Empathy is also a nice set due to Fortitude and Clear Mind/heals. Kinetics as well for Speed Boost for low level TFs when endurance is easily used up.

... I think I like controllers too much, haha.
  11. I've been wondering about all Stalker hide powers, if it is possible to alter it to show:
1: Turned off (0%, just detoggle, basically)
2: Unhidden (visible to enemies, but active, values are halved or whatever, AoE loses large bonus)
3: Hidden (invisible, active, full values)

While the 'unhidden' values are shown, they're not applies to the total amount; it's either off or on (hidden). It's just a further option to make softcap building a little easier, hehe. Stalkers have to take in mind that in combat, they're unhidden generally, so the values shown on mids might not be correct, as mids only shows the values for Hide being on (hidden) or off.

    :3
  12. My AR/traps managed to solo Trapdoor without taking down his clones, the Vanguard EB (though I did get hit by the endurance curse), along with Honoree, though I did have to eat a breakfree for his sleep attack.

Pleasantly surprised at how powerful it is. :3
  13. Just posting to say that the boards are even more aggressive in logging me out now. It's pretty much gone to the point where if I have the pages open, but not actively browsing due to playing CoX or doing other stuff for like 30 min, it logs me out.

This is really getting ridiculous now, it's like the developers purposely did this so players would stop reading the forums in frustration and go play the game instead, haha.
  14. Only way I can think of to help this subsection forum out is to have a sticky for each AT, similar to how there's a guide stick on each AT forum, and have someone keep it up to date with agreed good builds or something... but a good build is in the eye of the beholder, or however that quote goes, haha.

“I am not young enough to know everything.”
Mako's powers (Leviathan Mastery) is generally popular with Scrappers since it's based off the Stalker one. Some of the stuff involves:

Water Spout - a hurricane which follows you, smashing into foes and tossing them upwards or fearing them - and it does damage too
Hibernate - Tanker Ice Armor's tier 9 basically
  16. They should just add in alternate animations for Judgement. Heck, you can already change the colour of them, so why not the animation? :3

    Tank Help

If you want to be a tanker, remember there's a difference between Herding and Steamrolling (both non-official names, but pretty descriptive).

Herding is... generally out of date in today's game. Basically, it involves telling everyone to wait while you gather mobs with Taunt and your aura. The problem is, nobody likes to wait unless absolutely necessary (such as big room, or an AV).

Steamrolling is basically the designated one jumps into group of enemies first followed shortly, or immediately by everyone else. When the mob is almost dead, the designated one immediately moves into a new group and the others follow (including leftover enemies), or polish off enemies before jumping in. Much more faster paced, and with IOs and different powersets allowing everyone to survive easier, it's a more viable style of play.

Actually, better not, the horror! It's all... ancient and... hasn't been updated in EONS!

While Illusionists generally favor range, due to Phantom Army, they can switch to melee range at any point (to cast Flash, perhaps or to heal the group, or other things). Phantom Army has a particularly strong taunting effect, so just maneuver as necessary.
  22. I ended up taking both invisibility powers on my ill/rad. They have their own uses at times and both just go with default slot with a LotG in each one.
  23. One curious quirk is that for Phalanx TFs (Positron to Numina), the enemies have a minimum level for each one. Taking Sister Psyche, for example, although her TF is for level 20-25, the enemies in her TF spawn at minimum level 25. So, if the leader is say, level 22, all the team will exemplar to level 22 (or sidekicked to 21 if lower)... and will still have to fight against level 25-26 enemies who are now +3 or +4. It gets worse if the leader is level 20 and refused to pass leadership to someone who was higher level before starting the TF...

All of the above is taking the difficulty at normal (TFs can only go +0 at lowest, I don't think they can go -1, can they?).

Since it's named Titan Weapons, not Titan Swords, it stands to reason that the set is about big weapons (probably Lethal type, but not sure).

So, hopefully in addition to big swords, there's also axes, lamp posts, halberds, etc.
