Actually, it's not aimed at PvP -- it's a general change. Useful equally everywhere.

Well thank you for not actually saying ANYTHING about the new buff castle. Geezzz ya would think national security was involved in letting the MMs know anything about changes that are planned for them. Just give us a rough overview of the planned change already
