    Negotiator (Break up the fight )
    War Wall Defender ( Defend the War Walls )
    and
    Meteorologist ( Nemesis' weather control. Only the last mission is required for the badge, I think)

    And the percent doesn't really mean percentage of your base defense, it's a hard number added to whatever your current defense is (be it 0% or 287%)
  4. It most definately works on robots. I got it and am skipping Repair, from what I've read they heal for similar amounts but Aid Other works on anyone.

    Hasten never had an accuracy buff (at least not since EU went live). But it's perfectly reasonable to make a character without speed pool nowadays, just as it always was (that said, I had Hasten on most of my pre-ED characters)
  8. Very well done everyone, one of the fastest TF's I've been on. Just over two hours and that included five defeat all missions

  10. Yeah, pretty much right, get Block of Ice, Ice Slick, Glacier and Jack Frost, the rest are more or less optional (in a way, so is Glacier nowadays, but it's nice for stacking holds on a boss at least). I also got Chilblain as I prefer it to Frostbite.

    Storm, well, I'd get every power if I could Think I have every power except O2 Boost in my current build and I'm considering getting it again if I ever respec.

    Actually, they changed CAK a while back. Its damage is now somewhere between Storm Kick and Crane Kick.

  14. I've been Team Teleported all of once. Was in one of the Shadow Shard TFs, one player had Team Teleport which was very handy to get an 8-man team around there. Can't see it being that useful outside the Shards tho...
  15. First of all, because of ED there's no point in slotting more than three of the same type of SO in any power.

    Your power picks look fine, but the slotting need some work. In general, since you can't have perma-hasten and less recovery from stamina, change some slots to endurance reduction and/or recharge reduction.

  17. That's how I've understood it as well.

    As for the bar not moving, brawl doesn't always do enough damage for it to move. The bar doesn't seem to move for every point of damage, it's more like it moves for every x% damage taken.

    just one more suggestion: Since you don't slot human tp until after you get dwarf, I'd slot dwarf tp instead (if at all, I'd slot up dwarf with resists/end mod before tp)
  19. I have Ice Slick with three rechargers and one end red, but that end red can be skipped. Excess of slots at high levels...

    Jack has three dmg and two accs, since I don't trust him to be in Tactics range all the time.

    It is a toggle, but it automatically detoggles after 30 seconds, for balance reasons. It will untoggle when Unstoppable crashes
