Hmmm, I too noticed an error in my character's (Luminary) description.

It said that she was built by Positron (which is correct, I think) but then it claims that she's also Positron's sidekick. Meanwhile, it does in fact mention Citadel(!) later on. Weird. I guess they had trouble fitting in Valkyrie?

For us, we didn't even keep track of endurance, and we didn't use round penalties.

All of the general special effects ARE going to be worked back into CoH. It just takes time is all.

Badges we'll be getting in I5...

"Epic Badges" - The next level of Damage Taken/Influence/Mez/et al badges.

A badge for helping fight the Hellions' Fire.

Possibly 2 badges for helping take down the Uber Trolls.

Trailblazer: Collect 200 badges total.

Plus, if we're lucky, the tournaments and whatnot will be working so we'll have the 10-15 Arena badges.


Now...about Hellion's Fire...

I don't know how it starts or if it's going to be ongoing, but...

Basically you'll go talk to the Fire Chief. He'll ask you to help deal with the fires and will give you a fire extinguishing temp power/device built by Positron.

From there you'll go around doing whatever the object of the event is (not entirely sure how multiple heroes and such will interact), which could be something more than just "fight the fire lol".

Yes the fires are in fact considered enemy mobs. Oddly enough, there's technically 3 badges offered by this event. Each one is essentially the same badge, but its title will differ to reflect on how well you fought the fires. (IIRC, it's Volunteer Firefighter, Firefighter, and Fire Chief.)

Hm. It's clearly a mix of insanity with a spot of meglomania. Add in a little art talent and a real good ear for comedy and there you go.

There's a I4 updated plaque in Freedom Corps. in the Magi office that states something like "And the blood of the Mu shall rise again to wash over the earth."

Object question: Does anyone know if there are any good placeable light fixtures available?

I was hoping that the lazer lights of the PDP or the spot lights that show up all over the city were objects, but no such luck.

I've been witness to 2 Paladin constructs and about 2-3 "live" Paladins over my time on Justice.

It's Scirocco.

And apparently the Mantle of Scirocco clearly has something to do with how Mr. Baggy Eyes keeps popping up, regardless if the previous owner of the mantle died.

And I can't leave without saying: More about Scirocco and his connection to the Order of the Four Winds will be revealed in the upcoming game City of Villains. It is being developed by Zeb Cook and will be released this fall.

All the purchases are tied to your account at the GAMA store. When you arrive at the con, head to the pre-reg desk and tell them your name. They'll have a packet for you with everything you purchased. At least I hope that's how it works, since I bought things across 3 different sessions in the store, but the text they pop up as you're ordering indicates it's something like I described.

Well, all of the PnP games with States were sold out, but I signed me up for the two LAN party events.
