couple things - Skulls are what I have seen in KR mission, where I got my wonderful Aid Self (9 uses) temp item. Also, the villain that I rescued in there was Eineda or somthing like that. (Maybe Eichada?) she looks like a thorn/? stalker....altho she never seems to hide.
[/ QUOTE ]
Echidna.
And that's odd that you had Skulls in KR, because when I helped a friend on her Atlas and Kings Row MMs, they had Skulls and Clockwork respectively.
Perhaps the villain groups really are semi-random (by level range, logically), explaining the other discrepancies (KoA versus Nemesis in PI)? -
Talos Island has four side missions, I'm pretty sure. Though unlike earlier side missions, I've noticed that some of the Freaks are rather far away from the actual side mission door.
And Talos Island's villain is Shock Treatment, I believe.
And, to speculate: Perhaps you only get the 3:00 bonus for breakouts if you get the associated "key" first? -
I'm pretty sure 295 is Beta Tester.

While I was waiting I tinkered around with my own costume that looks exactly like that except with black leather boots and gloves, golden V belt, black mask, and black behind the chest star.

Creepy. -

Hm. Something like this? And while you said no tech stuff, I'll point out there is an jet pilot mask available if you ever want a flight gear costume.

Switched out bare/belts with Chaos Leather, gave him skeletal robotic hands, Tech Crey boots, and those really wicked mad scientist goggles. Kinda makes him both the creepy doctor and his creepy super-shiny scalpel et al.

I kind of like this yellow stars and stripes approach, though personally I liked your original costume as well. -

Estoc was certainly a challenge, but I think these two designs work for him.

Chuck_Justice:
Got three designs for you. One casual, one *ahem* really casual, and the third a slightly more conservative (I guess that's a good way to put it) version of his costume.

Just gunna post real quick, mainly so that you don't think I abandoned the topic.
I see I've built up a bit of a queue. I'll tackle the lot of ya tomorrow, 'kay? -

Three concepts:

I think he'd do well with just a "civilian" outfit, perhaps with burn marks. -

The first two pre-lim designs (too bad I didn't see your post beforehand, eheh).

You could take a crack at this thread that I posted a while back. Still haven't made the toon...been too busy.

Any backstory for him? Any theme, like "mystic master of elements" or "Mr. Joe Q. Playboy, master of the elements"?
*goes to tinker* -
See, it's all cool and fancy, 'cause it's spelled "shoppe".
I've been around this big wide world of ours, and there's nothing that is a good costume. That is to say, there's nothing better than a good costume to go along with a good heroic or villainous character.
Thus, I'm opening a costume shoppe. Post all the requisite information about your character (AT, powersets, backstory) in need of some new threads, and I'll cook up a new costume for him or her or it, free of charge. (Well, it would be nice if someone says "That's a cool costume!" you don't take total credit for it, but otherwise...)
We also do alterations. -
Woah woah woah woah woah woah woah woah WOAH.
You can record demos of bases now?!?
!!! -
Got a new one that apparently went unnoticed:
/em talk
Gives you the looping talky emote that mobs use (along with some NPCs in Pocket D, if I'm not mistaken). -
Er, the War Walls aren't exactly keeping many (if any at all) of the villains in...

Defeat 100 Shivans (any type)
[/ QUOTE ]
If I'm not mistaken, like many other badges, it runs on the tiered system, so that it's: 300 Shivan minions OR 200 Shivan lieutenants OR 100 Shivan bosses OR anywhere inbetween. -
Ouch, I noticed some nasty bugs with the logo items as well.
I made the supergroup default anarchy symbol, black/black, then later changed it to black/dark green with the lion symbol. Half of the logo items stayed black/black anarchy.
I'll have to do some more tinkering, it seems... -
Doesn't matter any more. The Television was changed to unlock with Master of the Airwaves.

Do Rouge Toxic Tarantulas in warburg count towards the new achivement badge?
[/ QUOTE ]
Most likely not, because they're Rogue Arachnos. -

I noticed that when under the Atlas Statue and trying to head toward City Hall you get stopped by an invisible barrier. Is it caused by the Recluse's version of the statue? I wasn't able to stay long, something big happened, and computer locked up.
[/ QUOTE ]
In a word, yes. Apparently the geometry remains and it's just the textures that shift around.
I got stuck while flying up a Freedom Corps banner. -
[ QUOTE ]
Since RV takes place in an alternate Atlas, doesn't it make sense to put the portal in our Atlas?
[/ QUOTE ]
It's that kind of decision that probably got that alternate Atlas Park taken over in the first place. -
[ QUOTE ]
It's in the D.A.T.A. offices in City Hall, according to the article.
[/ QUOTE ]
I find that kind of silly. Considering all of the stuff we've had to go through when it comes to portal tech, they'd put in Atlas Park?
I mean...if it's 40-50, I'd expect it to be in Peregrine, y'know, with Portal Corp. (In fact, I really don't like the PVP zone entrance locations period in CoH.)
But if this is what they're doing, I demand that they have a Longbow jail with a couple confused Hellions in it. -
[ QUOTE ]
I think he's talking about the Rikti invasion at the end of CoH beta.
[/ QUOTE ]
But as far as I knew that was never really in-canon...
Can we get some clarification? -
[ QUOTE ]
To exit a mission immediately, you had to click on the "i" icon in the navbar.
[/ QUOTE ]
Actually, it was just anywhere on the nav bar. But either way it was frustrating, since I've had a similar problem with wanting to read a mission description.
