There is presumably no way to make an enemy "jump stab" a hovering character. That's just not how the AI works. -

I'd like them to fix the recipe screen in general. It used to save what tabs you had open or closed, but now it resets them every time you reopen it.

Nope, those are the Rikti's real freaky shoulder dealies. They're just well-hidden on most of the high-ranking soldiers due to their more decorative armor. -

It's there as a slow down process. I say keep it the way it is. The main reasoning I see in the end being the way it is now is to keep your user base slowed down, you keep them busy, you have longer to make more content and work on bug fixes. You run a calculated risk of losing some from frustration, but those numbers are generally acceptable. RoI. <shrugs>

Well aware, actually. But seeing as how unlike almost any other message board, there are no obnoxious images or long signatures I honestly couldn't see why anyone would disable them.

Hrm. Sounds like there might be a problem, then. When I logged in today and got your feedback, progress on the badge hadn't budged from where it was.
Confusing the issue is that I logged back in to double check, and spotted that I got two new votes on Time Bandits (no feedback, though), as well two more playthroughs. So either those two votes were drive-by fivings, and the Author badges lag badly, or the tracker is outright missing playthroughs.
(Incidentally, I did clean up that clue a bit.) -
It's small enough to the point where it stands firmly as an annoyance, and the developers clinging to the idea that luxuries are worth taxing. At the very least, the personal Vault should have the rent cost removed.

Compressing the files themselves won't do anything. It has something to do with the way the servers translate the code.
Otherwise, I agree, we need a bunch of fixes for consistency, but at the very least try checking under Legacy Chain for Serafina. -
I'd rather see the War Wolves fixed first, myself. But yeah, I do find Marksmen to be incredibly irritating. Don't forget that they get a slow, a reasonably nasty DoT, and most importantly, knockdown.

It does, AFAIK. Doesn't last as long as the suppression from being attacked, but it's there.

Half the point of travel powers is to let you go from instance to instance relatively quick. It seems like adding arbitrary dangers would just act as an annoying timesink.

Um, you can pretty much outrun normal enemies with just Swift. I was never talking about travel powers.
Also, yes, let's completely rework the game to be more annoying in order to support your idea. -
On the subject of Build-Up powers: Bone Daddies have Soul Drain.

And reality check: The Devs aren't listening to the anti-farmers whisper in their ear to nerf this or nerf that. The Devs are anti-farmers. This was quite evident from when Positron explicitly said "The MA is not for farming." -
Sounds like the End Mod thing is a leftover from when they collapsed Recovery and End Drain enhancements into Endurance Modification.

Most enemies do the bulk of their damage in melee. The only thing that really allows enemies to actually close in on a player character is if they're forced to stop for some amount of time.
In other words, aggro enemy, back-peddle, never stop firing.
In fact, I'd also be concerned with enemies getting stuck in chase mode as a result, too; you wouldn't be taking less damage, you'd be taking no damage. -
And considering all of the rather blatant hints, I'd put good money on us getting it (or at least hearing about it) within the year.

You give your entire user base thats drooling over this the ability to purchase ten slots MORE and lets say they all max it out for arguments sakes. thats 1300K of content x userbase cross servers. Wow, that could hurt over time as technology ages. Then, there's more data to lose on a crash.

Fair enough. It sounded like you seriously wanted to put extremely prohibitive costs on new slots purely for storage capacity reasons.

Nothings' more beneficial then letting your user base think thats all they get, and then taking the rug out from under them and making them rework things. >Perfect marketting and numbers planning. I wouldn't doubt this was their entire plan.
It's about money in the end, sadly.
The longer you keep your user base busy, rewritting arcs, content, and complaining and arguing with farmers in broadcast, the longer they will stay subscribed. A flawless plan and I applaude them. Then, after it gets bad, the devs come in and fix things, appease the masses and lets a few more things pass through QA, thus starting more arguing and gripping, keeping them busy again, the cycle repeats
