I'm 6 slotting brawl with Hecatomb. Woo!

With the advent of I16, I wouldn't be too worried about level range. You don't need 4 mentors for a team of 8. Doesn't mean you should invite a bunch of level 1s to have 7 level 1s on a team of 40 doing level 40 missions. However a level 40 can join the level 1s doing level 1 content.
Still try to stay around the same level range, however. That's still optimal. -

I do not like the powergamers in this game. They exist, trust me. You need to be built a specific way, you need these powers, they need to be slotted this way, and some powers are useless in the game. If you do not have any set bonuses you cannot join their team because you'd "slow them down".
I have seen some of them on Virtue, but in general, most people on Virtue are more mature than that and won't tell you how to play. Also, if you have a concept for a character, on Virtue it'd work better than on other servers. We're more tolerant for those things. -
LFT flags are either a hit or miss. Sometimes people use it, but that's a minority of people. Much more people do not even know the flag is there, or they know it's there but it's a pain to use it. I usually just put my quick info in the search tag.
What's rude to do (to me, at least) is send an invite then if I say no, you send another one. Or if someone sends me a tell and an invite within 3 seconds... as bad as a blind invite (unless the invite comes from somebody inside the zone if I say 'LFG' inside it) -
Pocket D is the easiest place to find RPers to grief. An official RP server would have RPers all over the place, and also people would have more places to grief RPers. To make an official RP server would perhaps add more RPing to the game, but it'd also add problems by increasing griefers. It's using a flamethrower to kill a fly. It'd kill the fly, but it'd also cause many problems with it.
Since Virtue is the unofficial RP server, you're using a fly swatter to kill a fly. You can kill the fly, and have some mess afterwards, but it's not hard to manage the mess. -
I beat Deadly Towers. Once. I will not beat it again. Ever.
The game is so full of suck that you think the ending would have been any good. It's not. The game sucks. Bad. It's not Nintendo Hard. I wonder why it got the Nintendo Seal of Quality. Seems that the requirement to get to the Seal of Quality has gone down. Now for the Wii it seems like it just needs to fit in the slot. -
I didn't think it was physically possible, but this both sucks and blows.

*sneaks into the Rookery through a sekret ninja entrance*
Ha!
My Friday night is now occupied! I have a club meeting on Friday!
*hides the Pugilism Stick*
That's not what I meant. I meant the type of club where you go for a few hours with other people with similar interests doing activities.
It's the Anime & Games club at my campus! -
Upon reviewing cut scenes (much like security tapes) of the area, investigators found that there were at least five individuals at the scene of the crime. It was conclusive that Sephiroth had murdered Aeris Gainsborough, and that Cloud Strife had failed to perform first aid and attempted to hide the body in the pool.

3 more hours MAX at class. Probably won't be here 3 hours. It's a lab class, they usually end early so you can leave early.
-
I tried to avoid mentioning roguelikes. Dwarf Fortress was the notable exception, since there is no tutorial to let you know how to play the fortress mode. It's all trial and failure, and you probably will fail the first times early on in the lifetime of the fortress. After that, you will fail for other reasons.
If you want Nintendo Hard, I'll mention the Etrian Odyssey series, and the game Dark Spire, and Class of Heroes. Class of Heroes does not give you any equipment except the worst stuff, and you get to craft the other stuff. Once you do, however, it's great. The beginning part is bad.
Etrian Odyssey is notable because of the FOE. Yep, they're called that. You'll probably run into one when you're out of TP (technique points) and cannot heal damage or status problems. You will surely die. -
Afternoon all. Been awake since 6:50am (and had to get out of my house at 7:00am to get to class on time).
4 hours of sleep. Only need to last (max) of 5 more hours until I can go home and take a nap. Or I can nap on the bus. Then it'd be around 2 hours until I watch Hell's Kitchen. Then it'd be time for homework. Then time for fun. Then sleep, but I could get all the sleep I need since I don't need to be at classes until 1pm tomorrow.
Sigh... school is wreaking havoc on my sleeping. -
Megaman 9 was created to be Nintendo Hard
It was going back to the classic days of 8 bit gaming, even when it's on a now current-gen console (we're no longer looking for the next generation).
I need to put my hat in on the Star Tropics 2 list. I haven't beaten it, even to this day. I've gotten to C-Island in it, and beat the snake, but after that, the boss gauntlet was nigh-impossible. Always the skeleton miner. Can't figure out how to beat it.
I'm going to avoid pointing out any AVGN games, since we know they are horrible anyways.
2 current games that are Nintendo Hard that I've played have been the Bit.Trip series on WiiWare. Fun, but hard.
Finally, Dwarf Fortress on the PC. So notoriously hard that the developer himself says "Losing is Fun!" -

It's appropiate for the day, finally. Beware, minds may melt due to this.
However, in other news...
Positron has lived through H1N1 and has returned to his work! -
72 years ago on this day, The Hobbit was first published!
And that brings us to today. 2009!
Welcome, to 72 years of Middle Earth! -
Electric Edward level 20(25) (actual 37) Blaster - @IAmTheRad
I think I can run this. It's my short day at school. 1pm-3pm local (MST). Usually get home around 4pm local.
That is, barring any RL things. -
Oops, forgot about something on Tuesday. I'm a "No" for this. Hell's Kitchen is on again come Tuesday
-
You can put me as a tentative 'maybe' on my Scrapper who I'll get to 10 before tuesday. If it won't be my scrapper that's new, it'll be my older one. My older one is spines/fire, and would have stamina for the posi.

*clears his throat*
Okay, that was weird. For 24 hours I was forced to talk like a pirate! But now I do not need to. Yay! -

(( On DDO ))
Can't do it tonight. Something came up at the last moment. -
*stands on the crowsnest of his ship and looks towards the sea*
Arr, the winds of summer are coming to be no longer.
*walks into the mess, and orders around the cook*
Get ye bottom into the kitchen and start prepping dinner for the crew. Ye worthless sea slug! I'll flog ye if ye don't comply!
Arr.
(( And for Shecky ))
Happy Cakeday! Unfortunately I cannot speak like a Shecky.
(( For DDO players ))
7pm Eastern, Harbour 3, stairs to the tavern. Send a tell to Dilarra when you arrive. If you're not there by 7:15pm (or if it'll just be 2 people) then it will not happen. -
Do people even realize there's a power supression field in effect in Pocket D and that's why heroes and villains can't exchange fisticuffs in Pocket D?
I really think that if you're "ALMIGHTY POWERFUL" you can't break DJ Zero's own dimensional rules. If you do, I think you'd destroy Pocket D and therefore break the dimension that Pocket D resides in.
