What play style do you prefer?
I'm mostly a Tanker. Even on blasters and controllers I have difficulty in restraining my desire to get up close and bust some teeth.
What power set(s) do you favor?
Invulnerability is a personal fave. As is Super Strength.
For controllers I love Fire/Rad, I'm "okay" with Fire/Kin. I have a Grav/Kin and am anxiously awaiting the Grav changes. Starting to get a handle on Illusion Control.
What zones do you like the most?
Pretty much anything not PVP.
Do you usually play as a male or female (word of hatred) ''toon''?
I have a mix of all three genders (Male, Female and Huge). Probably in a 40/50/10 ratio. Honestly, male and huge run is vaguely...strange looking. Like someone in desperate need of a bathroom break.
Views on Role Playing?
Most of my RP is very VERY meta. A little gives some atmosphere, but I find really deep RP faintly "creepy". That and I'm not always in the mood to be inflicted with someone's badly spelled leanings towards literary melodrama. Not claiming I'm a paragon of originality and deft phrasing. But it makes me uncomfortable be around someone who's gone overboard on "The Quest For ME! ME! ME!"

Mainly Protector. I run a Monday night Fire/Rad group on Freedom. And I attend Tanker Tuesdays on pretty much every server. -

The wording in your post is confusing, but I believe your interpretation is correct. DNS is like a giant phonebook of the internet, which says "the site at cityofheroes.com is at 64.25.35.207". Unfortunately this doesn't do what's intended.
All "REFUSED" is telling a DNS client is "This server is broken, please try another one".
This simply increases traffic load and DNS server loads as DNS clients are, by design, set to keep attempting to contact a site and route around the damage. -

Myself and two others were adamant that this was tanker tuesday, not normal team play. He called us all "shitballs" or something equally as eloquent.
Team broke up and my husband and I got on another team for about 30 minutes until it broke up because everyone was so soured from the beginning crap with that one idiot lead to have any fun.
Tanker Tuesday is for TANKS, not for whatever AT you feel like inviting, an the portion of the team that objected to the invite of the other AT's didn't need to be talked down to or sweared at.
TOTALLY not cool.
I swear to Bob that it's not normally like that. Sure, we on occasion have events that veer off and hit a wall going about Mach 10. But normally we don't have someone attempting to usurp it like this. -

Not using it on a dom. My Inv/SS Tank and SS/Inv brute LOVE it though. I just wish the recharge wasn't so stupidly long.

Let me ask you this then.
Your tanking for your team, you're surrounded by a dozen plus foes, and you see your Troller under attack by a few of those who were pulled off of you by his/her own aggro. They start pounding the crap out of the troller. How are you, the team's tank' going to get them off said troller if you cannot move because you have no avenue to move. You do not have taunt, you're not close enough for your aura to work for you, so you cannot pull them towards you. Thus, your troller more than likely ends up face planting.
This is what taunt is a very important tool to use. A person who knows how to tank, will not spam with taunt, they will use their powers to do that for them. However, should that type of scenario happen (and it does, happen to me this weekend) you can save your teammate from enjoying blissful sleep on the cold hard ground. Taunt is a tool that should be available for any tank to use if they need it.
Or to put it another way:
Tanker: *Grabs aggro* I am the tank!
Blaster: *Blasts the mobs with gobs of damage* Now *I* am the tank! *Faceplant!* -

I agree about avoiding AMD. In what's pretty much the opposite of their CPU situation, they're putting out the most powerful hardware right now, but their shooting themselves in the balls with their shoddy drivers.
