Going with Reactive, Cardiac and Ageless
Ever exemping down? If so, Pendulum, Cleave and Whirling Axe are going to have endurance issues. Which is why I frankenslotted them the way I did. You're doing less damage per-strike, but you're seeing much higher accuracy, endurance reduction and slightly better recharge going with the multi-strike triples and the Oblit quad.

This could work fine for you, but honestly I think you're going to have issues. This could simply be difference of design philosophy. I prefer to make builds that are fairly self-sufficient endurance-wise, then stack things like recharge on via Incarnates.

Also, honestly, you don't really need Maneuvers, save maybe as a slot mule for that LOTG +Recharge.

The defense enhancement of the Zephyr trio in SJ is so small as to be a waste.

    Still waking up here.

No, 13-19 years. Then they undergo a metamorphosis into the dreaded "teenager" stage.

Granted, a few never leave this stage. But most eventually transition onto the adult stage. Unfortunately, there's always a handful that move further along into the lawyer and politician stages. Once they hit these, they're virtually incurable.

Not that it wasn't available. That it simply wasn't available in a prime-time showing. Only early-early matinees that'd require me to skip out on work.

That and I wouldn't have minded having a nice, civil conversation with people about the situation. But certain individuals would rather just rag on people for attention.

Okay allow me to introduce you to the concept of "Tanker Stealth".

Tanker Stealth: When you're so tough you can essentially run through the entire mission, ignoring enemies and not even be REMOTELY in danger of dying. Moreover, capping your aggro automatically causes additional mobs to ignore your very existence.

With capped defenses and your resists where they are, you essentially have Tanker Stealth. You can run to the end of the mission, whack down the equivalent of 2 x8 groups, and then finish the objective.

As for your build, I'm going on roughly 36 hours without sleep.
I'll dissect it later. After I go comatose for a bit.

he has a 5% chance to hit me due to his smashing damage
he has a 5% chance to hit me due to his attack type being melee
does he have to pass BOTH rolls to hit me?

You don't roll against both defense types.
Basically any incoming attack takes the "best" number be it type or position and uses that. One roll.

This isn't "whining about QOL issues". This is me irritated because the venue and the filmmakers are trying to push a technology on me that can potentially cause me enough pain that I wanna die and limiting my options for partaking of the content in other formats.

If you classify this as "banal minutiae"...well, forum rules prevent me from responding to you appropriately without getting censored by one of the mods.

YeahNO! 3D isn't some "new dimension". 3D film technology is nearly 100 years old now. It's simply in wider use now. In some cases it's a legitimate addition to the film, but in most cases, it's a gimmick designed to add on to the price of an already expensive film-going experience, which adds nothing to the film.

1: Yank the Enzymes out of Invincibility and go with Cytoskeletons or regular defense IOs/set IOs. With i22, the Enzyme trick will stop working.

2: You've got slotting for some of the resistances backwards.

Any of the Resist *INSERT HERE* you slot with Aegis.
Temp Invuln, Tough, Unyielding should be 4-slotted Reactive Armor.

Recommend 5-slotting Energy Transfer instead of 6-slotting. You're going for the recharge bonus. The 6th slot really isn't getting you much. Stick that slot in Energy Punch to help bring up Acc. I actually prefer the Mako quad even though it gives lesser enhancement value than the HO that you have in Bone Smasher.

6-Slot Taunt with the extra slots you haven't yet used. It'll add to your F/C defense AND give you more recharge.

Running around with the Stealth proc in Sprint could give you some aggro control problems. It's also less effective because of the taunt aura in Invincibility grabs aggro through stealth.

Darkest Night isn't really adding much to your repertoire. You're a soft-capped invuln tank and the only time you would have an issue is against higher level enemies and AVs who will resist it heavily (some to the point where it's worth less than 1%).

Swapping in a Numina Heal for the Regen Tissue proc would actually cause your regen to go UP.

Honestly, your end consumption is too high (basically almost 2/3 of your recovery is consumed by resting endurance consumption). You're going to be huffing in a lot of fights.

Recommend for the 5-slotted Purples that you NOT use the Damage IO. Yes, this brings down overall damage, but brings up accuracy and recharge. Meaning you can use it more often and still do greater overall damage. Combined with the +Acc and +ToHit bonuses you're getting from several areas should insure that you don't miss too often.

I disagree. Again, with the comic book example. You don't have to get all issues of Spider-Man between 1 and whatever the current issue is just to display how COMPLETE one's collection is.
