    2. The customer never opted in. (It's surprisingly more difficult than it seems to sign up for these newsletters.)

We're working on addressing the former through a variety of methods, including an upgrade to the e-mail system, as well as contacting the appropriate providers.

We're working on the latter by setting up methods to more easily subscribe/unsubscribe to e-mail newsletters.

Neither resolution, unfortunately, is coming "soon."
So, using the "Zwillinger" scale of "Soon", we're probably talking what? 3025? 3050? 3075?

  3. Just gonna pass. Wasn't really thrilled with ME1 and what I saw of ME2 didn't really "do it" for me either. On top of that, the malware DRM crap? YeahNO!

I see it as kinda shady. But not actually a ripoff. If someone was going to buy one at the 800-900M price, they'd have gotten one of them before him. Nobody did.

I just don't see someone turning around now and deciding "I GOTSTA have me a 3 billion Inf Cyto!"

So I foresee a LOT of "Hahaha! YeahNO!" in his future.

Like it or not this HO is worth over 3-4 billion if not more/whatever I say it's worth until someone else with the same HO comes and offers it for less.
Actually, I think you'll find it's only worth whatever you can actually sell it for. And if nobody buys it for what YOU feel it's worth, it's worthless, unless you plan on using it yourself.

Seeings as 52 Cyto's are going for over a billion - 1.5bil each and being 1000:1 in comparison to the rarity of 53's, I'm comfy.
I don't begrudge you your right to make a buck, and I hope you actually find a buyer who's desperate enough. I kinda don't see that happening though.

  12. Inv.

Everyone should have an Inv tanker.
Why go with another primary and settle for S/L capping when you can go Inv and cap EVERYTHING (save psi, which is still covered by decent positional defenses)?

Built right, the only thing that's more durable than an Inv is a Stoner. And you have none of the stoner's limitations.

Moreover, you have the ability to be a fully self-contained and self-sufficient combatant that nothing less than multiple non-incarnate AVs trying VERY hard will take down.

    Fire^3 build

Not sure how much you REALLY need that Kismet unique.
Your set bonuses have you rocking something like +50% Acc out the door, on top of native 50+% Acc on most of your powers. PLUS BU and Aim!

I'd maybe look at converting it to a -KB IO and possibly doing away with Acrobatics.

Welcome to the club. And a leap-nephew eh? Lucky for you! You only have to buy presents once every four years!

I became an uncle to triplets on December 1st. The little boogers are HUGE already.

If anyone here can help me out, that'd be great.

Okay, DDR2 is a type of RAM.
PC2700 is a particular speed bin of RAM.

I take it what you ACTUALLY need is 2 sticks of DDR1 333Mhz (or better) SDRAM right?

I want to make a decision on these cards.. I will either go with Corsair Vengence or the G.Skill RipsJaws Ram as bother get excellent grades from reading on the net.
Even the more common G.Skill RAM should be okay for you. The price difference isn't anything horrendous though.

I didnt see that the 1.5 TB is the same price as the 500 so I will go with that.. i will wait on that to see if the price drops a little..
Buy the hard drive last. Some price relief should be filtering into the market fairly soon, driving down your cost.

I am buying the case. ram. mb and cpu first in the hopes that pricing will drop on the VC and the HD..
I'm expecting the next-gen nVidia card to drop right around the end of tax season.

Still looking for a Blu Ray burner.. everyone I have liked is either out of stock or too much loot.
Wouldn't worry a lot about getting a Blu-Ray BURNER. But a Blu-Ray player that burns CD/DVD would probably be fine. Seriously, how many Blu-Ray disks do you plan on mastering?

Hell, I've burned maybe, MAYBE 10 DVDs in the last year. Max.

    Exactly.

The 460, even being a generation older, is still a superior card to the 550.
    Sorry.

Then why get a K class i5 if you are just going to stick it on an H67 motherboard? The H67 doesn't allow you to tweak the multiplier beyond +4, unlike the P67 or Z68.
Agreed. The Z68 is a better choice all around because it gives the user options, even if they don't use them immediately. The H67 doesn't.

INCIDENTAL misfortune (a'la the "World's Funniest Home Videos "baseball to the nards" shot", etc), can be funny. Mostly because it's unintentional, somewhat unexpected, and you have a reasonable suspicion that the person survived relatively unphased (at least once the stinging wore off and the language calmed down).
