    Hmm. You only have a single monitor right?

    Try adding -screen 800 600 into the launcher parameters.

    (To add it to the launcher parameters, look at FIFTH here: )

    This'll load it in Windowed mode at a lower resolution.

    If that works for getting the game visible to you, you can then re-adjust your settings from within the game and remove the parameter from the launcher.

    I believe it's WAI, so there won't be a "fix" for this coming any time soon.

  5. In many situations, Masterminds are very, very powerful. But, especially with the way Incarnate Content is working, their design is making them ever more gimped.

    The AI for pets is crap. And with the increasing uses of crap patches (insta-death), and the inability to precisely control pets, you spend a lot of time summoning and buffing only to have them charge headlong into annihilation 3 seconds later.

    The devs keep "forgetting" masterminds in their mechanics. A'la the level shift in the Magi trial. Things like this, and the way it's set to only buff a small number of characters, even if it is a bug, makes Masterminds and their legions of pets VERY unpopular.

    There's also the fact that buffs don't roll down to pets in this game in an organic fashion the way they do with EVERY OTHER POWER IN THE GAME. I suppose we should just be grateful the level shifting doesn't insta-kill the pets the way exemping or sidekicking does in regular content right?

  8. Yeah, your driver date is borked. That's probably why it's screaming at you.

    Read up on "FIFTH" here. It'll tell you how to pass a command to ignore bad drivers.

    Otherwise you could try an uninstall/reinstall.


  9. If you can grab the info asked for in the above thread, and post it back here in this one, it'll help make a diagnosis.

    It IS possible that when you upgraded, if you didn't do a "clean" upgrade, that you have leftover cruft in your system that's lying to the game.

    No, it doesn't have your Mez protection, but it's quite durable regardless.

    It's not quite as durable. Especially for an in-melee-range controller like a Fire/Rad. But to each his own. He's fairly happy with this.

    If you're good on HP and recharge, go for Agility for the Defense and Recovery boost
    If you're already rocking monster defenses, and your recovery is such that you can GAIN endurance during a fight, go Spiritual.

    Musculature, simply isn't worth it for the picayune boost it gives you. And, on leagues where damage buffs fly thick and heavy, it does exactly BUPKISS for you.
