    How in the name of Bob's Creepy Uncle does it make sense to mash all AT's Mids' builds in HERE, rather than in the forums DEDICATED to the various ATs where they can get the best answers from?

    Well, my old avatar hung in there a while.



    It was 100x100. But weighed in at 85K.

    So I created a new one.

    Essentially the Atta map is a huge Troll farm.

    If you fight your way through it straight, you come out about 2-3 levels higher than when you went in. And that's without touching difficulty.

    Okay, trying to build the backgrounds at different resolutions is a bit of a pain.

    So here's what I did. I built TWO of them. One black, one transparent, at 1920x1200.

    Basically anyone who wants to use the background is perfectly welcome to snag a copy and crop it down to usable size.

    As with Thirty-Seven, I recommend that you snag copies for yourself and host it yourself as I'm not going to host the files forever.

    This seems to be a fairly common issue. Every time it comes up, I've filled out a crash report and bugged it.

    I've avoided the show like the plague for years. The only episode I actually made myself sit through was one where one of my buddies, a programmer at Activision at the time, happened to get tossed into one of the scenes as a miscellaneous student. It basically took all my effort to keep from turning it off.

    Makes it rise off the screen a bit more.

    Okay, well, figured I could take a small stabby-poke at this.

    ASSASSIN STRIKE!

    Here's a background using the Tokusatsu characters.



    Yeah. That's a LOT of Tokusatsus. Over 800 layers worth.

    Then, used in conjuction with Thirty-Seven's logo.



    Thirty-Seven, if you want a copy of the PSD file, let me know and I'll put it up for you.

    Question, you don't have any kind of GPU-computing client (RC5, Bitcoin, @Home, etc) running in the background do you?

    Apps like these, designed to max out your GPU, will cause UGLY amounts of lag in Mids.

    If you guys experiencing lag could toss out a HijackThis log, it might help identify the lag culprit.

    Things aren't as bad as pre 11.9, in that I am not just crashing whenever. Now I am "up" where most people have been with crashing during some transition - zones, missions, quiting to character select, etc..

    I don't think the crashes during zone transitions is the driver itself.
    Or if it is, it's affecting both AMD and nVidia equally.
    Usually, a couple times a day, I'll have the game lock during a zone transition.
