Edit: I did find a bug however. Mids power siphon does not give any tohit until you give it one application of attack and then it stacks. It's supposed to be one static tohit buff with a base of 7.5 that does not require you to attack.

They should have given scrappers the brute pools and not the poopy stalker pools...well shadow meld is okay on some secondaries. And regens with hiber in pvp will be silly. But still, just give me frackin gloom...that's all I ask for.

There are a lot of things to factor in to that question. The duration of the power, recharge time of said power, global recharge, diminishing returns and how much of a point in making said power perma.

Good ol' kill stealing...was in the middle of a numina, had herded up a good amount of Warriors and had to wait for the guy to finish their hunt mission. Some jerk fire blaster pops a fireball and a rain of fire on the mobs I had herded.

This is a pretty amazing server if I do say so myself. As for new players it's somewhat difficult to tell at times. A lot of the game is instanced base so there may be a lot of players on just all in missions. The best way to find a team on this server is to find a good supergroup. Hammers of Justice or Order of the Champion are pretty solid SGs. Another good way to find a team if super groups aka "guilds" aren't your thing there are several channels around dedicated to finding you teams. I mostly use BMT of Champion myself. It's a private channel so you'll need an invite. Shoot a tell to @Cobalt Azurean, he'll get you an invite.

Defenders are pretty amazing although they're a bit more difficult to solo with. They mostly play the buff/debuff system. Corruptors are similar but slightly weaker buff/debuffs and greater damage. Personally I say ROLL A SCRAPPER! But that's my opinion. ;D

Double edit: Didn't see that CL had posted also...it's the greetings party from the Renaissance de la Veritas crew. When you absolutely gotta have something done fast as possible do it the RdlV way. Or the Fanged Knight way. <_<
