Repeat Offenders Network
The largest SG coalition in the game! 30+ Supergroups on Freedom, Justice & Virtue.
Who are you people?
We are a group of mature players and vets. In the beginning we decided to make an all Kinetic Defender team and we did. We called the group Pinball Wizards (PW). From that small beginning, other specialized SGs were formed. Then City of Villains was released and many were seduced quickly by the dark side. Corruption reigned, Repeat Offenders (RO) started their fellowship. So what began as an all Kinetic SG has grown into a large friendly network of SGs.
To keep up with so many groups all of the SG were linked in coalitions. Our main communication line to all our SGs is via the Global Channel: [u]Repeat Offenders[u]. The driving force of our network is our coalitions and willingness to utilize our interconnectivity to build teams.

Each RO Network SG has their own forum section, some have requirements for joining others may not. Check the section of the SG youre interested in and see what that SG requires.

Join the Brain Damage Squad!
A new specialized, themed teaming project focusing on Psionic damage powers, fashioned after the Paragon Police Departments Psi-Division, on the Justice server
About the PPD Psi-Division
A new and controversial initiative of the PPD is a division of psychic officers, known as Psi-Division. The controversy surrounding these new additions to the department stems from the fear of wide-spread use of mental powers among law enforcement agents. For their part, Psi-Division points to their extensive training in ethics and their internal auditing program as key methods of avoiding abuse and corruption.
The Brain Damage squad has been publicly active for a short period of time, but their actions have dramatically lowered the crime in Paragon City. The citizens of Paragon have been giving them measured praise and hope the trend continues.
Recruitment Day
Brain Damage will begin training its 3rd batch of recruits, codenamed: Charlie Squad.

No other classes of hero are permitted into the Brain Damage at this time.[/list] Build Requirements
Brain Damage members focus on Team Friendly powers.
Controllers & Defenders come pre-equipped with Team Friendly powers in their primary/secondary.
Blasters are required to take one (or more if they choose) team friendly powers from one of the following Power Pools: <ul type="square">[*]Medicine :: Stimulant, Aid Other, Resuscitate[*]Concealment :: Grant Invisibility[*]Teleport :: Recall Friend[*]Leadership :: Maneuvers, Assault, Tactics, Vengeance[/list]Uniforms
Brain Damage is a uniformed, specialized SG. A uniform is required to when joining the group. (1st slot only, All other costumes are your choice) We have several variations on the Psi Ops uniforms.

Heroes who already have extensive experience but want to be a member of the Brain Damage squad, may keep their registered hero names without any prefix of rank.
New recruits to the Psi Division from the PPD are encouraged to use the following prefixes according to their rank:

There is a program designed by a COH user to do this. I can't find it currently, but I know someone around here probably can.
You can change the load in screen, character selection screen, etc. Believe people even changed their music. -

It may just be that I deal with Remote Control programs all day at work, but I am not that impressed. You can do the same thing with any Windows Mobile based device, or even VNC from a Linux box. Probably a client for Palm too, VNC is very portable over platforms.
