I'm not entirely sure why it would need to be changed at all. So I'm hitting him with the shield as well as my fist really fast. what's the problem.

Anyone had problems with Impervium's +3% psi resist not adding up?
I have 4 slotted which should give 12% psi resist, but its only giving 9% according to Combat Attributes

I've had a great idea for a SG mission..basically the reward is a shiney base item that gives everyone in the SG a minor buff!

Does anyone use "/ignore_spammer"? Sorry if this has been discussed, i only read thru the first 10 pages..
Advice has been given to /petition a spammer, but I was given the impression that /ignore_spammer asdf was a quick and easy way to petition..
I'm not gonna /petition every email and spam i get, but usually I /ignore_spammer most of um.. -
my 2 cents...the above builds all have Heal IO sets in Dark Regen. While the global bonus's are nice you dont need ANY heal buff for this power!
IMO Dark Regen is better slotted the same way you'd slot Spine Burst or Quills..with the PBAoE IO sets

HELP!
Hey Molar maybe you could help me... I was about to slot 3 LotG's def/increased recharge rate into my 3 primary's, but first I wanted to see what the time difference was for HF recharging.
So, without hasten Hoarfrost recharged in 155 seconds.
Then I slotted the 3 IO's in FA,GA, and EA, but the recharge for Hoarfrost was the exact same time! 155 seconds..
The only difference I can see is I'm only using 1/6 LotG instead of 2/6 LotG
any idea's?
