  1. -most blaster's take Hoarfrost, Hibernate, and Leadership, but Aid Self and PFF is certainly viable. It's really up to your preference. If you usually have support/teamate's then I'd take Leadership. If you're solo alot then take your pick :P.

    -you'll want to cap your HP (which is easy to do on a blaster) at 1606.

  2. -Mind/cold sounds nasty.

    -I'm pretty happy with my cold/dark defender even though I lose or tie more then i win..

    With more play time on it I'm sure I could win half the time! :P.

    but most my matches are no more than a 2pt spread (win or lose)(no TS, DR on).

    Life Drain is pretty shweet. Here's an idea what im running..

  4. -I don't really see the need for Disruption arrow in pvp (cep't vs npc's in zone) so I stole a slot..

    -For GJ I would leave it at 3 slots..

    -I would put the hold proc's in Snap Shot, Aimed Shot, and Entangle Arrow..

    - you had 1.87% max hp 6 times, so I removed Gaussians from Tactics..

  5. TA should be nice disruption, for a larger team. Entangle and Glue arrow rocks. Ice Arrow has a long animation, I dunno if I'd want that for pvp.

    as far as, Disruption Arrow...who the hell is gonna stand around inside it..sure you can slow someone down and throw Disruption Arrow on them for about a half second..big whoop :P. Maybe I'm missing something.
  6. fire/fire/fire is a AoE monster..AV killer's usually focus on single target attacks..soo, i wouldn't use Fire Sword Circle, Combustion, Fireball, or Rain of Fire. AoE's for the most part do less damage and use alot of end..

    -i think Aid Self if pretty much manditory for this..

    -i don't think the damage aura's will work due to the heavy end usage..

  7. -First build looks good. You won't need 2 Rech in Boost range tho.

    -I've never seen much need for Power Boost, cept maybe with Aid Self.

    -I've always skipped Ignite..not sure why, so i can't say if its worth keeping..

    Boost range with Flamethrower and Full Auto is so much fun
  8. you've got tons of accuracy..I would remove the Acc IO from fireball and the 2 Def IO's from Combat Jumping (only 0.4% def ea.)

    I put those 3 slots in Aim and Body Armor.

    I'd highly recommend using a 5th Positron's if your slotting 4, instead of the Rech IO's.

    If your going to be hovering during combat, then you might consider Swift over Hurdle to increase your flight speed.

    I put a 4th Eradication in Trip Mine for the extra HP.

  9. true, a defense base tank would stack nicely with your tohit debuffs, but that would be overkill. Pick any tank you want .

    Now if she decided to build a scrapper instead, then defense based might be a better idea..


    p.s. you might get more response's on your build if you had a "data chunk", so lazy people like me can open your build on mids :P
  10. I've got a kin/nrg with global recharge of 157.5% with 6 slotted hasten.. the down time is about a half second.

    as far as how...those with venge standing next to each other can target a dead teammate (out of range), que Veng, and have someone tp the fallen to your group..

    of course all the que'd Vengeance's will trigger at the same time

    Infrigidate is so fast and good and can hold several procs if you choose

    I was gonna say Cold dom hands down, but that's for pvp..havn't really thought about the comparison for pve...i guess Storm has more damage and more disorients..

    for pve, i'd still have to say Cold

    -Arctic Fog give's positional def and doesn't help you reach the soft cap of sm/leth def

    so i would add a 4th reactive armor in Arctic Fog

    -There's got to be a better way to slot Tough and Heat Loss, but ill leave that to you

    you might consider swapping Scream for Howl for more debuffage. You would drop below the Ranged soft cap and generate more agro using Howl, but i think its worth it
  21. yea, think Dark is the way to go...Power Boosted sheilds seems like overkill.

    I would also drop Scream in your final build and skip Screech, they're both great powers..but you have too many other good attacks.

    Between Repulsion Bomb, Howl, and Shout, with a occasional Shreik/Siren's song/Dark Consumption/vet attack..you'll be plenty busy

  23. should work well. Make sure you slot for plenty of end reduction. You might try a Deflated Ego: Chance for recovery debuff in Radiation Infection

    EM Pulse is great at draining end too.

    it'd be nice if you had Acrobatics, but no biggie...

    and im not a fan of Snow Storm, but thats me.

    the Ribo's in Artic Fog aren't worth the cost, i would rework the IO's in AF remove the Steadfast kb prot. and put a Karma kb prot. in Combat Jumping (you dont need the Kismet, your acc is high)
