how about Silent Flower, a Plant/Psy Blast Dominator, she's a mute, as she was a CoT sacrifice/victim, they slit her throat as she were their human sacrifice, but it being CoT, their ritual diden't quite go as planned, and Silent Flower got her powers to kick behind

Space Kitten, a Claws/Regen Scrapper, a feline form a planet of felines, part of the Galacto Guard, where she was assigned to the earth division, to assist Captain Galacto and Galacto Girl in helping the planet.
She have been trained for this, as the only one of her rather large family to posess the regenerative ability, she were accepted into the Galacto Guard quite young, but did not get transfered to the Earth Division until she were in her twenties, her nake is Rakasha, and she's not quite used to human behavior yet.
