While I see where your idea is coming from and it is a pain when you loose a High Alt and then loose the SKed low Alt I agree with FFM. I think your original suggestion would make PLing much easier.

What might work and I suspect even this could be abused is a system where you could perhaps have several SKs but only within a certain range. For example

1st SK any level
2nd SK within 15 levels
3rd SK within 10 levels

though again I agree with FFM, having multiple SKs doesn't really fit with the comic genre.

If you are looking at the Special Enhancements part of Wentworths/black market you'll also see some YOs (from Yin in Faultline). These give the bonuses of SO but are available earier (13 IIRC), but again they act like TO, DOs and SOs and loose values as you level.

If I buy the "City of Heroes and City of Villains Combined Edition" and use the activation card from it on my existing account am I right in thinking I'll get 30 days play from it?

I hope this is a misunderstanding by the writer. IMO the game really doesn't need this. Since they changed the XP rate it doesn't take long to level anyway.

It would be handy to know how long you've had an item up for sale in the Auction House for.

Maybe no one should be able to see the actual ratings except the people who own the arc or who have to power to upgrade it.

Obviously this then makes picking a good arc more difficult so maybe arcs could show a general rating rather than a specific one.

EG less than 10 ratings - Unrated
11 or more ratings
rating 0-3.....Poorly Rated
3.1 to 6.......Average Rated
6.1 to 9.......Good Rated
9.1+...........Excellent Rated

Assuming the score is out of ten, thus I'd look at PC arcs and see

Name...................Rating
Making a Hatbox........Poor
Fixing the Future......Good
Singing in the Wind....Average

etc

The idea being to stop people following the crowd with there vote.

It would be nice to be able to see a list of which history plaques you've read.

I can see a number of issue with how best to list them, but it would still be handy to know which ones you stumbled across on a toon you haven't played for a couple of years.

I've only seem a GM once, playing as a villain they turned up with a blaster. A blaster in the rogue islands, that and their name made it obvious they were a GM.

There hasn't been any announcement made as to when the next DXP weekend will be sorry. Unless of course I've missed it, which is quite possible.

Though I don't think sprawler explicitly says that this happens all the time or even a lot of the time. Just that he finds it boring when it does happen...

I've seen this happen a few times when big teams get hit by masses of slows (the nictus council powers for one iirc) - and any character can feel like a granite tank waiting for recharge, a passing kin or the heat death of the multiverse (with it being anyone's guess which will come first).

Forest is a plant Troller and to be honest I never really felt powerful, yes you can control, but you can't really hurt much.

True enough, of course there is the olive branch that the money will go towards bettering the game.

You can make robots with the standard cosy bits though, it's not like they're stopping you making one.

I can't think of many alts I have that after about lvl 25 have at least one combat power available at all times even during a major fight and when teaming the action rarely stops as even sypport alts have somehing they should be don't.
