Made myself a WS last night, called Dark Ash. I'm gonna see how it goes to lvl 10/12 then give a PB a try I think. Having a travel power from lvl 1 is bliss!

Why? It seems a bit silly to pigeonhole a character just by their primary.
I decided at around lvl 33/34 that I would be more offensive with my empath. With the electric blast secondary, I can not only heal the team, I can also stop them taking so much damage by draining mobs of their end.

My build certainly needs a respec (I need to bring Aim in for Ball lightning and should have taken Tesla Cage earlier), but it is effective despite being a concept build. I've taken the important Empathy powers and kept them slotted up.

There's more to being an empath than toggling leadership/stealthing others, buffing, sticking auto fire on heal aura and chucking out the occasional Heal Other. Not that theres anything wrong with that either.

'tis true, that last level went quick. Here's my rough guide on how to do it:
1. AV's. Marvellous.
2. Bring a good team. 'Nuff said.
3. Make sure your team knows your strengths (teh healzoooor) and weaknessess (mmm, electric attacks are perty)
4. Play far more than is healthy. 12 hours? Easy! If you don't get RSI you aint trying hard enough!
5. Bring a tank.
6. If no tank available, bring Doulos.

Despite my best efforts to be offensive (in more ways than one!), as an Empath I suck without a good team. I've been incredibly lucky to have had some outstanding regular teams, so a massive thank you to all I've teamed with!
It was a privilege to have such a good team last night who made it far too easy to get the last bars!

As far as Elec's concerned, I have loads I've missed, in particular TF's. Plus we need prestige for the base, so Elec will still be on plenty! Feel free to shout if anyone needs a hand!

Oh, and for those who were there, I could see Psychic Babbage was terrified as he saw a lone Empath charging towards him!

Depending on date I'll be in with Elec.
Unfortunately Elec Mastery only has an immob, however if I can ding 50 and do a respec in time, I'll change mastery temporarily like.

Currently, we have Member, Lt, Architect, Commander and Architect. This could be messed about with without too many problems with one added for the RR.
However, as the SNHS only has at last count 7 coalitions, there is room for the RR's and the Kheldian SG's plus one other, so thats not really a problem at the moment for us.
Really, its up those in the RR's, in particular Doulos as its his idea. Either way, I have Atomify rolled and ready to go in whatever's decided (eventually! 3.5 lvls to go )

Gonna stick me neck out a bit here.
I've been thinking about the RadRangers, and is it really necessary that they have their own Super Group? Ultimately, its just another all-defender SG. Assuming they're going to be played as alts, the prestige you do earn may well end up being wasted if it goes the same way as the Alt Rangers. That prestige could well be useful for the SNHS when we do get our base sorted.
As there has been talk about consolidating 1AT SG's to make room as we are at/near the maximum Coalition size, it seems to me to be a bit of a step backwards to create an SG that could live happily in another SG.
If we do consolidate any SG's in the future it would end up being the RadRangers and the SNHS anyway.

However, its just a thought.

D, out of interest, who are the Rangers in a coalition with now? I think there's a couple that other SG's aren't coalitioned with?

Atomify is sat in Outbreak, so I'll start levelling her when I'm struggling to team with Elec
