uh yes it will, it has built in slow, meaning you won't be moving nearly as fast. Great opportunity for a TP Foe when needed(straight onto caltrops), or just some Ice blasts to increase the slowing effect and do damage. In any case you won't be moving as fast as usual, so it will be easy to catch you, especially in the zones as you won't be able to jump over even the smallest of obstacles.

No it doesnt. Word. Test it. (unless I've been fooled with the sirens temp power web grenade..) At least the sirens temp power web grenades did nothing to stop me from escaping, although SSing away in sirens without jump requires a bit skill..
But tp foe into caltrops is a good tactic, followed by web grenade again. -
Unfortunately I have seen the same, simply stupid and juvenile behaviour. After spending just a little bit of time in sirens, I learned where all the bad banter stalkers claimed to receive comes from. Let me say my sympathies are all on the stalker side..
Getting petitioned for interrupting duels is just.. Urgh.
I would ask you to PM me this persons name, but that would propably turn out as griefing..
And by the way, there is no set of rules. We can do everything the devs have given us access to in the PvP zones, except grief one person continually. People doing duels arent entitled to do them in pvp zones. Inspirations are there to be used, and so on.
Most of the complaining seems to come from a bunch of juvenile players who simply wont accept the fact that they lose. (and might need to lvl their character a bit more). Thats my view. Unfortunately, other new players seem to get this 'disease' as well. -
We could try out, but instant raids only
THe bases are more than likely to crash out at some point.. One advice I have to give is try it first without using Warburg nukes, they seemed to crash the one raid Goonies have attempted so far. -
Im not sure if anyone has any hard data as to how much the exemplared players are reduced in efficiency.. MaX claimed that it is possible to end up weaker than the normal players of that lvl..

3vP is ok though, mostly because its played at lvl 40. Ruling out 95% of the server population by saying you want lvl 50 only is harsh imo. And some people wonder why theres not much pvpers.. -

Nearly 100% of the people I meet at arenas think that PVP only exists at lvl 50.. Ive been mostly disappointed by these 'events' so far.
But yes, be very very careful going to sirens and don't listen to the broadcast too much.. -

Fly negates slow from caltrops, and web grenade doesnt prevent superspeeding, but when you put two together.. -

It is a melee attack, so only from melee range. You'd have to get close to fliers first, which is why you pick fly next
On another note, air sup is the best power pool attack out there, for reasons stated above. If you want '3rd punch', get air sup. -

This is something what I had in mind for my own MM..
Last 2 powers are just for flavour, Im not sure of hte usefulness of team tp, I hear it sucks, but I want to try myself. I think that PPPs suck mostly, it isnt worthwhile getting the other hold imo, because first priority is always to hit enemy with neurotoxic breath. So the PPP armor is the only patron power to take.
In PvP controlled zonal fight should go something like:
lay poison trap, tp foe to it, neurotoxic breath - after which the bots will replay the combat scene of "Empire strikes back" on enemys backside and you just keep spamming envenom, paralytic poison, neurotoxic breath and other goodies. With noxious gas and envenom taking out granite tanks isnt so tough I think.
I didnt have aid self in my original build, dunno how it works but I suspect it can't be that bad
BTW don't pay much attention to slotting lvls, I just put them there quickly.

PS. THis is just one idea to make a MM, I don't think there is a flavour of the month -build yet with masterminds. -
Robots are perceived as the most damaging primary, Im sure other primaries have good points too, but I dont have personal experience.
Of the secondaries, I think dark, forcefield and poison are perceived as good, although the nerf to Personal forcefield hurts FF masterminds. Poison is loaded with excellent debuffs and utility powers, but is lacking in personal defense (you'd need to be good in utilizing bodyguard and get aid self from power pool propably).
Dark has area heal which works well with bodyguard, but Im not sure about its other good points.
My personal favorite is robots/poison, good damage+debuffs, in test server event I took down scrappers in one on one situations like they were nothing. But personal defense is where bot/poison lacks, you need good survival instincts and mobility. However bodyguard increased MM survivability hundredfoldYOu just need to learn how to use it.
EDIT: Oh and I refuse to believe that there is such a thing as "best". This game is great for its variety -

)I woulndt imagine running out of energy that easy, unless the base was filled with defense items.. Goonies base feels small now, we just have supercomp and are saving for turbine generator.
Afaik, there is a third generator, called Fusion generator that I hear (read from some US faq) produces 25000 energy, but its unlock mechanism is unknown to me. -

. Personally I'm not interested making teams from our coalition, even if there are some people interested there doesnt seem to be a good mix of ATs..

It works, henchmen are fully buffable/healable. Personally I'd say repair is pretty pants if you have some other form of heal, because repair has such a long recharge. More often than not the target gets either healed by prot bots, or dies, meaning repair got wasted. Repair DOES heal the bot for 100% hp but its more often than not wasted like I said. I recommend skipping repair if you have some other form of heal.
I have poison and alkaloid is great for healing bots -
Personally I have soloed two mayhem bank raids on relentless lvl 24 so far, of the two I have attempted. Last raid was a toughie when I tried the extra mission as well but I managed it.
tips: Buy insps. Especially def and damage (or acc depending on your build) for the boss fight. Utilize placate. If it gets real tough, exit the mayhem mission to buy even more insps and come back.
Use AS as much as possible.
Ambushes are indeed auto-targeted to you, but you can retreat to a suitable location like inside/outside the bank building so the mobs need to zone and you might be able to pick them one by one (AS maybe) as they come thru the door. Or in general utilize surroundings. For instance the Family will fight longbow so you might want to draw the longbows to them. And usually the Family underboss makes short work of the police etc. Normally I havent had much trouble with the ambushes unless they surprise me when Im fighting something else.

Yeah, they aren't temp powers that are activated, they are automatically on and last 15 minutes from the moment you make them.
