I wouldn´t be too concerned about Psi´s damage output as it is that fast building domination. Also, if it is enough to solo EBs in just a little more time than a brute (but so much safer since he does not strike back) and to outdamage a corruptor while duoing Infernal during the Tarikoss SF (while the rest of the team watched from afar... Im starting to get peeved when people say that domination automatically solves any damage issues.. Besides even if your domination bar was fixed on full status, domination would STILL be down 3 and half minutes out of every five minutes.. -
I know several who didnt play cov because it was unplayable with lag as opposed to coh. Also some didnt have enough character slots for villains on the same server so we split between servers.

Erm I beg to disagree.. Its recharge is a lot shorter than you think (same level with practised brawler). Iirc it permas with 2 recharge SOs and nothing else. You only have to make do with the annoying noise every minute..
Granted I dont have it atm but i could test a respec on test server to try it out. -
Energy secondary also has lucrative selfbuffs in addition to melee, such as build up, boost range, conserve power(i always remember this name wrong), power boost. Boost range particularly Id imagine would suit a ranged blaster well. (it will increase the range of ALL your blasts by 75% and is easy to get perma)
All the secondaries save devices have melee attacks in them. (makes me wonder why people still think that melee doesnt suit blasters) -
Fastest route to 50 is in a big team with people who know what they are doing, its not as much about the character.

Not nearly, at best about 30% of my blappers output. But Im starting to get to grips with my Khelds build, if only I could find the tenacity to get the next 8 or so lvls until the build would be more acceptable for me, (just hit 24 and im getting stamina now, it might help). Also I need a respec propably to move useless slots from nova into dwarf..
At times like this I see how im put off from certain ATs because of their 'late-blooming' quality which I dislike. You have to have faith that they will indeed bloom at some point, but I have too little time to test out everything and especially in PvP it is possible to be really disappointed. Unfortunately characters PVP-potential is important to me. And I was massively put off from the khelds by trying them in the test server event..
Similarly my dominator is past lvl 30 now and is slowly starting to show signs of getting better, still being wet toilet paper in PVP though. -

You didnt answer my other question.. you need to click the reclaim button in your badges menu to be awarded the respecs. Vet respecs arent freespecs, they are normal ones and have to be done with Jack Wolfe in galaxy. -
I take it you want more of a PvE build?
'Do not take' powers are:
Mass Hypnosis because you will be driven crazy if you try to use it in teams. Soloists can use it but I still recommend against.
Detention field and telekinesis are über in PvP but not nearly as useful in normal PvE, unless you often go against really tough enemies and want panicbuttons. Telekinesis can be useful though if you know how to position yourself and can handle the endurance drain which is massive. Other AoE powers are more useful in PvE though.
Repulsion field costs more endurance than its worth.
Repulsion bomb, propably the same even though I dont have first-hand experience.
Other than that they are all worthwhile one way or another.
- Early game you will go with the power of mesmerize, dominate (6-slot asap, 2 acc,2 hold,2 recharge) and confuse (one of my favorite powers in game)
- Out of the AoEs you want total domination, terrify and mass confuse.
- Levitate is mainly a damagedealing singletarget power, I dont think its necessary and would take mesmerize instead, but up to you.
- From the bubbling side, one of the most important is dispersion bubble because it offers mez resistance both to you and your teammates. It costs a fair bit of endurance though. Force bolt doesnt do damage but keeps enemies on their butts. Deflection shield and insulation shield are the rest of your team buffs.
ps. This powerset combo is one of the least damaging, but good at controllingI recommend fitness pool and stamina because the toggles will cost a lot and lot of end. 3-slot telekinesis with end redux if you take it, and dispersion bubble and force bubble need heavy end reduction slotting as well.

All the GM's have several spawn points but Luscas the only one that comes up more than once so its probably a bug. Either way its been fixed in I8 so that there will only be one at a time.

No, there are practically always 3 paladins in KR.. and I know other GMs can spawn multiples as well. -

Hmm this must be some form of blocking or connectivity issue..
Does it say anything on the system channel, an error or anything?
Are any rooms going to end up disconnected if you move the room?
If the rooms are 2x2, try to remove all objects from both squares, the game does not necessarily place the corridor correctly, ie, if the other side would allow connecting the game may want to place the corridor to the side where there is something blocking it.. -

It should be 24 if its the same as with heroes. I could join with my lvl 33 stalker if the date and time suits me and you let me join. -

The cage is the new arena map in I8, specifically for pocket D fights, I dont know if you can get it from normal arena, and its only on test server atm anyway.
I wish theyd make it so that the contestants spawned inside the cage with pvp flag on, so the people normally in pocket D could spectate (ie. it wouldnt be an instance map) -
Echoing Archy's words of wisdom here. Regen aura is really good in PvP, surprisingly effective when I was hammering with my blapper
Telekinesis is a defensive power in PvP to keep the biggest threat from your throat. Incredibly effective at times. Defenders still qualify as squishies after all
And to add 2+2 = recover aura, which helps keep telekinesis up as much as possible.. -

I dont think its a bug per se, its more about how GM spawning works. Lusca has 3 spawn points and there can only be one active monster per spawn point. Thus you get 3 luscas when nobodys killing them in time. Same can happen with other GMs too, but most have really long spawn interval.
