Hmm I may need to leave early for a task force, but I still try to be there.

My stalker can't do much without the other 3 or 4 attacks, so I can't say it focuses on just one attack.

Maybe those 1 attack people should call themselves 'pure defenders' or something, but that would be bit contradictory name.. Because defenders DO have a secondary
I always use my 2 attacks with my empath whenever I can, although I have concentrated on buffing and healing.

Well I'm happy to say I thoroughly enjoyed my first proper evening of Defiant zone PvP (I was on my Tanker). My only gripe: game stability; four game crashes in the space of 10 minutes (stupid I8!).

I guess you just need all powers from primary and have them sufficiently slotted. At least thats what I would think of when someone calls themselves 'pure empaths'.

Sure thing, im interested. I havent fought that many stalkers in the arena. I just don't know how often Ill be online in near future. Try catching me on 'defiant pvpers' global channel or send a tell to @hammerfall, and we'll hit test server together. I should be online tomorrow evening sometime after 4pm (London time).

Being hidden enough is necessary, if you can make it happen with invisibility or somebodys grant invis then fine. Personally I took stealth JUST for the 1-2 seconds Im vulnerable after dropping invisibility and before AS hits. Its that tight.
I certainly cannot recommend going to sirens call without SOME sort of extra stealth on top of hide. -
Cobra strike isn't that meh, it's pretty much the same as other single target, no damage, high stun attacks. It has decently fast animation too.

Uh, you don't need to download it, just copy your existing game directory to another directory called COHtest and make the shortcut with necessary changes (check the guide from training room sticky). -

Personally, I'd only slot one ACC in attacks, and use the 6th slot for EndRdx.
Fly doesn't need EndRdx, you're not going to fight using it. Rather throw that slot as a flyspeed in hover or something.
Stamina is kinda late-ish, might want to move stuff like the Haven and howl/shout later and get it at 20.
Amplify doesn't need ToHit buff.
Clarity only needs one slot.
From what I've heard, most sonics consider liquefy quite poor, would propably drop it.
You'll want 6 slots in screech if you take it, something like 1/3/2 Acc/Stun/Rech.
Drop the acc in dreadful wail and add 3rd rech, you're going to fire off aim and maybe PBU before it so hitting won't be an issue.
With dropping liquefy, you might want to consider shuffling powers around and dropping something like superspeed, in order to get aid self from the medicine pool.
All in all, pretty nice for your first build.

And if you want to PVP then don't listen to MaX. In PvP two accuracy per power is a necessity.

Well let me point out that if you have buffers on your side then you can easily go without insps in zone pvp. Insps are there to plug the holes in your defense when you don't have a good team or are solo. That's their balancing nature. If you feel like you have to go restock every few minutes then you need to call for help on arena chat or something

I suggest getting a proper travel power, relying on siphon speed and inertial reduction in pvp is pretty questionable.. But I dont have a high lvl kin..
3 end redux on telekinesis,
dominate 2 acc, 2 hold 2 recharge,
lose repel.. hmm.
Possible swap 2 slows to recharge in siphon speed..
Total domination will be pretty useless in PvP, so consider how much pvp-orientated build you want. Mass confusion can be ok, at least for masterminds
Im not convinced about usefulness of assault/tactics. -

If someone says "no insps" to me, label = noob.
(verbal abuse they use should give a hint. Proper pvpers don't need it. )
Always keep in mind that the game is balanced with use of inspirations in mind, not without them. And duels belong to arena. Also the game is not supposed to be balanced for duels but teamplay. No-insp fights are so unbalanced they make no sense to me.
I once fought a corruptor with my blaster in warburg because I wanted to pull him off the no-insp sillyness. We werent using insps and I beat him for 1 hour straight or so. 30-0 to me or something. Bloody stupid if you ask me. In the end I declared him a masochist in my mind and left. -

Afaik the toggle doesnt drop, but the effect goes invisible and wont have any effect. You should be able to use aid self without interruption. Effects should return after you phase back. -

My robo/poison MM on the other hand has very good use for Repair since it can be quite bothersome to be forced to throw Antidotes like mad when you should be debuffing instead. Just don“t waste it on the small drones.

I dont agree here, because repair's recharge is so god-awful unless they have stealthily changed it recently. You can throw like million alkaloids (not antidotes) before repair has recharged. Alkaloid is much better imo, as long as you have it slotted about 2 end redux, 3 heal.
edit: recharges unslotted
repair: two minutes
alkaloid : 4 seconds
Alkaloid heals a drone almost full bar so I think its quite ok. -
I can't remember what yellow inks powers look like, but my regen scrapper has been mobbed and stunned by a group of green inks through intergration quite easily. I think Tsoo in general are one of the hardest opponents at low-mid level range these days.

I recommend swapping resilience with stealth, so you will have stealth available in sirens call. Also Id maybe take hasten and superspeed instead of teleport pool but thats a personal choice
