Id be up for it, providing either teams only comprise of damagedealing toons with EM or the other options, or both sides have same kind and number of support toons with them..

I respect your decision and I am myself torn what to think of it, the messages were in keybinds and meant for pvp.. That somebody can think of insulting with them as funny evokes mixed feelings in me. I wouldnt want to walk away from accomplished institution like PDs because of essentially one person (I respect the name and shame rule here) but I have considered it, just didnt want to rush things last night nor I want to backstab anyone. Now we're wondering what kind of ban can he get away with since he already had an existing warning..

ps. It may depend on the context, but personally I dont consider the messages in question as suitable in any context.. I have myself walked away from Virtuafighter.com, which is the most important virtua fighter related site in west, for similar reasons.

It is excellent, one of the most fun powers in game.

I guess the biggest disappointment of RV is in the players, that don't really want to PVP and the worst ones who are complaining if they get attacked in a PVP zone. There were such high hopes regarding RV in the beginning that it was sad to see it degenerate into a grinding zone. I have several times lost my nerve because of that, or at least because heavies remove the possibility of 1v1 pvp in there.

Out of the two secondaries that have power boost, Ice is propably better than energy. I havent tried ice myself but you dont need much for it to be better than energy. At least ice has secondary effects. My mind/en is lvl 33.

Hmm there seems to be once again a disparity in texts between the EULA in the updater window and on the official forum support section.. Anyway, I believe you should ask about this from Bridger to be sure. Nothing preventing you from doing the chronicles at least.. If you want to use the chronicles for commercial purposes I believe you must at least ask for written permission from the publisher. But representative of the publisher would know better.. Bridger or someone else. PS providing the chronicles arent 'derivative works'

ps. I can say that I do not accept the use of such language - which I wasnt aware of until explained afterwards - in pvp, in internet or anywhere else for that matter. Im still pondering what to do about this..

ps GM team is a sort of failsafe against possible stupid GM aggroers.. we can do the raid without it like Archy said.

Same here. However I do have issues with the fact that I don't want to take other sets than EM for several toons eligible for it, simply because EM is so much above others. The others need buffing. And I still have the same issue with war mace as I have had since I5 and ED. Buff it please.

There is pvp in RV? Please remember to voice out on arena or defiant pvpers channel cause I cannot be bothered to check that place on my own anymore..

You wont get any defense to speak of from those pools, or anywhere else for that matter until you get to 41 and open epic pools. Think their buffs are like 2,5%-5% defense unslotted. Before level 41 I suggest you invest into medicine pool and get aid self 6 slotted. And then learn how to use aid self most efficiently, it requires a bit of skill to use it in combat

I belive human is better when you get cosmic balance into play.. ie in big teams. Nova doesnt benefit from cosmic balance.

Whereas for me my Peacebringer is considerably powerful.

He consistently outdamages and outsurvives my Kat/Regen scrapper, when facing anything other than Voids.
On larger teams with +damage/+resistance from Cosmic Balance, it's just sick what a PB can do.

I have the same experience as Maelwys, playing a PB in large teams can be one of the biggest rushes you can get in CoH

Sadly, you're mistaken.

You don't get any prestige at the creation of a SG, except for the members bonus (20k for the first 15).

So, any newly created SG will have 20k prestige (for the first member: the creator)

The creator of the SG gets the 20k bonus for him/herself, for being the first member. Other than that there are no starting bonuses outside test server.

I always consider balance and variety between sets important, therefore I'd like to discuss buffing of the other secondaries without stupid shut up drivel..

To be fair, the biggest and best reason to go /Energy is the self buffs. Powerboost and Boost Range, and of course Conserve to a lesser extent.

There is no default telepad... the thing you call 'default' is the raid teleporter which cannot be used for other purposes than base raids.

I believe that for brutes, stalkers and tankers the real reason is the high amount of burst damage the set can deal out rather than stuns. To correct this either other sets should be buffed damage-wise, or EM nerfed.. naturally I prefer the first option. ( I wouldnt mind having disorient secondary effects in War Mace increased so that we could at least speak about mace in the same sentence than EM.. Disorient is supposed to be Mace's secondary effect after all..)

For blasters its really the same, other secondaries than EM or elec simply cant deal as much damage for pvp needs. Although I think the real reason are the slow animations in other sets rather than damage. So other blaster secondaries than EM and elec should have their animation times reduced accordingly.

ps. I wouldnt mind lowering the EM stun chance overall.. It is much much much much better than most other secondary effects in other sets.. As long as total focus retains its current disorient.
