Hammerfall

Two stalkers with grant invis (or stealth IO+stealth) and ranged attacks can double-spike most squishies easy.

Theres a ton of other options if it doesnt have to be stalker.

If Im not mistaken that 3rd SO is like +25% compared to 33%ish of the 1st or 2nd SO. Thats not 'little' by my standards.

The aid self interrupt is one of those things that must be as high as possible. With 3-slotted intered SOs I managed to use aid self against Dark Blasphemys rad/psi a total of one times during the match when the debuffs were on me. EAch time I destroyed my own end by spamming it. Im tempted to punch anyone who says that its even possible to use aid self under the toggle debuffs.

Power Build Up does not buff your Rad (or my Sonic) debuffs, but it increases your end drains, holds (Chocking Cloud, Tesla Cage), Vengeance*, healings... I found it very useful.

Not to mention its a build up aspect as well, so it also buffs damage and accuracy..

I would suggest dropping one recharge each from Build Up and Hasten, one jumping from Hurdle, one endurance modification from stamina and one endurance reduction from acrobatics and one recharge reduction and one endurance modification from power sink, since ED is making those slots fairly marginal. Likewise I would change one of the interrupt mods in aid self to something else.

Erhm heroes can see you from 10 feet if you got stealth hide stealth io which is makes stalking waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay easy. Unless you attack and you keep moving you're pretty much unkillable.

That doesnt mean the stalker can kill their targets. Anybody can be unkillable.

ps. Change the level of your IOs to 50, since level 53 IOs dont exist.

The build doesnt look too bad, although acrobatics does not need 2 end reduxes. Pretty much everyone makes this mistake, they look at the values from nofuture, but dont realize that its value is per 1 second instead of per 0.5 secs of most toggles.

Out of curiosity, which part of the text I should try to import to the herobuilder, because I got unhandled exception trying to copy the text between the lines.

This is going offtopic but its a fact that Defenders got the short end of the stick when it comes to inherents. When inherents were put into the game, the devs had to scratch their heads long and hard before coming up with something that suited defenders. They came up with vigilance. Personally I think they might as well invent some kind of new inherent, preferably something related to damage that would help them in soloing. I dont find it strange having an inherent that concentrates on the secondary powersets, since thats what tankers have, gauntlet doesnt really touch their primaries for the most part.

This depends entirely on opponents. Immobile opponents = facedown opponents.

Try to form a team on your own by inviting people slightly lower lvl than you, and say that you are doing your missions.

I just heard ingame that this is actually level 40. If thats the case then Im definitely in, and Sero has already said he is in. (Trigger Hawkes + Kandy Kane)

Tanker taunt is autohit in PvE (note: kheldian taunt is not)
but there have been certain mobs that have displayed resistance to the taunt more than they should have. At least Malta gunslingers I know personally having kept aggro on a friend despite me spamming taunt with my tanker. I never bothered to come up with proper evidence or testing data though, as the situations were few and far between.

I take it you are having problems with this blaster in sirens?
