Just my opinion, bit biased towards non-melee types cause lolmelee
Also imo Defenders have fallen so far in zone pvp from past issues. Pre DR I would have said Defenders were top 3 AT for zone. -
You don't need Phase if you have Hibernate which this build does have.
-
I'm no expert on Doms but heres a build I quickly made.
Empty slots are where PvP IO's go. It's got about 1400 HP with Accolades and thats without the 4 PvP Set bonuses.
Fury of the Gladiator set in Thunderstrike, Panecea in Aid Self, Gladiators Jav in Lightning Bolt and Dominate.

Dark Blast is a horrible choice for PvP. No AIM, the Heal is useless if you got Warmth. Not to mention it's damage is pretty crappy.
-
Rad/Therm is what I have, he's really good and really easy to play.
Also have a Ice/Therm, he is good aswell but much harder to play. -
/Elec Doms are all the rage now.
-
Capture the Flag, King of the Hill, Territories.
One or all of the above would be acceptable and have more people PvP. -
Want more PvPers?
Minigames, that is all you need. -
I'd be glad if they buffed slows in pvp, I'd start working on my ice/cold again.
-
Eh, what Thessallia said wasn't called for. The dude was just voicing his complaint which many people have.
She was trying to bait something out of him with her response, otherwise she wouldn't have said anything. -
Just to be clear all matches involve Gladiators?
-
It's the other way around, Sonic is -Res and Rad is -Def.
-
1. Therm's debuffs arn't toggles. Toggles drain end btw
2. Therm has 2 debuffs that cover pretty much everything. They are not PBAoE like most of Rads crap.
3. Therm also has buffs in shields, heals, thaw and Forge.
Also Heat Ex is way better than Lingering Rad.
HE -DMG, -END, -RECOVERY, -REGEN.
LR -Speed, -Recharge, -Regen
If you wanna add all of Rad's debuffs together then yes they are better than Heat Ex & Melt Armor but thats 5 powers vs 2.
And I'd still take a Therm vs a Rad with HE on them Rad will have little to no time to use their toggle debuffs. -

My PvP Scrapper buddys are also concerned with this. One has recently left the game due to it...
[/ QUOTE ]
So he left the game cause his Scrapper couldn't fight club?
There is always a build that is gonna beat you, no one is undefeatable, leaving because your build met it's Rock to your Scissor is just lame. -
Dude that earth/emp was me! Build does crazy dmg in pvp, yo!
-
Because the Devs don't PvP in this game, they never have. In order to correctly fix something you have had to experience it first.
And not 5 minutes in a PvP zone either, thoroughly experience it first hand. -
Fudge, I'm guessing this contest is over.
Could have entered my blaster. -

Acro is mostly personally choice now that it doesnt give KB protection
[/ QUOTE ]
You are wrong sir. It gives KB protection. And KB protection is DRed at the same rate as KB so the mag 12 KB protection it gives is not too shabby
[/ QUOTE ]
I worded it wrongly is all, my bad. -
Alexandros, if any of my suggestions or information is incorrect, I'm sure someone will say something but I think my advice is solid.
