    I do have a bunch of questions though (but I'll stick to the 2 major ones):

    1) Will players get actual rewards (xp, inf, salvage, recipes)?
    2) If the content is accessed in-game (which should then answer "yes" to my 1st question), how will we do so?

    QFT. As much as things/people in this game frustrate me from time to time, this is hands down the best MMORPG experience I've ever had. Thank you FREEM 15 for making a game I've loved "wasting" 4 years of my life on, and thank you CoV/H community, for the best MMORPG player-base I've had the privilege to run/chat (/argue) with.

    Instinctual reaction to seeing any Red in the interface is that it is important. Even one email turns the option red, and it becomes distracting.

    Meh like I've said, not against the idea of having a "turn all email off" function, just don't see it as anything resembling a high priority. The email spam is a bit annoying, but it's the RMT tells that just have to go.

    Not at all, but you should be very careful of what you type. While you may not have said "I believe that NCSoft employees have...." you did imply that they may have.

    Go ask someone you know outside the forums (Mentor, Teacher, Boss, Parent), what they would think about the following:

    "Are some of these insider traders from the accounting department with little businesses on the side? That might make sense to me considering they'd have access to the books right at their fingertips."

    It might not be blatantly stated as an accusation, but it still is one.

    I'd have to agree with this sentiment. I read your initial post exactly the same way. At the very least you're casting aspersions on NCNC employees. That may not have been your intent, but that is certainly how your post reads.

    Remember, there was some announcement a while back that i12 would include the option to CLICK ON NAMES in the chat window to bring up more options. I bet petition will be one of these options. If not, it should be easy enough to add, theyve already laid the ground work.

This will make it more difficult for the rank-and-file, level 1 spammer from blasting emails and tells out shortly after creating a new character.

    Takes less than 10 min to get to lvl 5-6 if you know what you're doing and have a little help from your friends. This will pretty much accomplish nothing.

    As I believe the article alludes, the tech for this is only now coming to fruition, so it use in Issue 12 content is not likely to be heavy, nor, as I understand it, will Issue 12 involve heavy revamp of existing content making use of the new tech. So, from an Issue 12 perspective, it's a minor addition. It is pretty big for what we can do going forward, but that will most likely be a big bullet point for a future Issue when that work is undertaken.

    Understood. But, judging from the feedback here, and the excitement I've witnessed by my SG mates, the more this gets implemented, the better. This is a major, potentially game-altering feature if used correctly. This is exactly the kind of thing that can add huge amounts of re-playability to existing content. It warrants its own feature article/announcement in my opinion.

    I think most of us understand that overhauling large amounts of the existing content is not a minor undertaking and is perhaps best handled in bits and pieces over time. But, I assure you, it would be time well spent.

    As a suggestion, you might even want to set up a poll (it's been a while since you've done this, and it seems to generate player excitement) to see which story arcs or TFs people would most like to see get some retro-RP-branching-overhaul-love. Personally, this seems like a great time/reason to overhaul the Positron TF to me. Of course, to be be fair and address an existing imbalance, the red-side should get an all-new SF that incorporates the branching tech. Thus, both sides win... isn't that nice?!?

    I fully expect to see this for new villain content. Unfortunately I expect that existing content will take time to be redone. Hopefully not to much time though, this is one of the problems on red side. The very static nature of the missions and that the player generally doesn't have any choices they can make. I expect that this could make red side more successfulf if they can go back and redo the missions.

    I would love it if they could at least revisit one contact each issue. More than that would be delightful but if even one contact and their missions per issue could be fixed this would be good.

    I'm thinking this tech will be initially only implemented in the SoA story-lines. The whole "infiltrating Arachnos" element just screams for this...

    Hopefully the feature will prove so popular, that they'll re-do major existing story arcs over time. Hey! How's about for I13 Posi's TF gets redone with this new tech and the villains get a brand-new TF using it?

    Ok, quite simply put, this may be the most significant feature coming in I12, especially if they end up eventually going back and re-writing a bunch of the older arcs using this tech. We could see real consequences for failing certain missions, end-of-mission decisions that change the outcome of the mission (do you let the kidnap victim go, taking his/her bribe, or turn him/her in?) and real choices in mission selection ("Oh? If I don't fix this problem, you're telling me I'm going to regret it? Bring it!"), just to name a few ideas off of the top of my head.

    I12 just keeps getting better and better....

    As I mentioned in the original announcement, we have several improvements to the game coming in Issue 12 to address. While I don't have an exhaustive list of everything we are doing, it does include much easier ways to report abuse as well as ways to prevent abuse from the start (including limitations to Trial accounts).

I would love to consolodate the 5 servers i play just into the 2 main ones which i could with slots now - except then it is $10 per transfer which would total over $360 for me.
