I've been making so much money on these via Villain Merits lately. I'm excited to see just how much they go for once Issue 19 hits.

As far as I know, there is no such option. The "I want to fight bosses even when solo" means that bosses that spawn won't be down-graded to Lieutentants.
Even when I run with this disabled, and I see "Equinox Archon" or whatever as a Lieutentant, I identify it as a "boss spawn" since that's what the entity would have been if I had the option set.
But as far as an option for putting bosses in every spawn? Never heard of it. -

The Alpha Slot, at last report, does come with a third build, and that's arguably a better way to go about it.

Aw, poor min/maxer running a little dry on orange numbers; they're not coming in fast enough? Listen to yourself. You gotta kill things faster in an internet game the sole purpose of which is to take time?
Okay, maybe I'm making an assumption or two. Let's say your powers aren't exclusively slotted for damage and recharge for a moment. Oh wait, no, if that were true you wouldn't need Stamina. Carry on, then!
See how I'm exaggerating here? That's the same thing the members of the Church of Stamina (who religiously take it at level 20) have been doing for years. "I have to rest after every Rikti Monkey unless I take Stamina! Only a super rare uber build doesn't have problems with Endurance without taking Stamina!"
What a load of bullony. It's okay if an enemy takes more than ten seconds to kill, really. People aren't going to ever learn that, though, now that Stamina's forced on everyone at level 2. C'est la vie, I suppose. Can't say I never tried to help. (-:
If I don't strike you down, you get stuck with pool power Stamina, so I'll have to weigh my options. -
You may also want to consider aligning yourself as Vigilante for the PBAoE terrorize power.

Yeah, it's kindof a numbers game. If you could only put one Enhancement in an auto +Regen power, you may get a better boost by slotting the Regenerative Tissue proc than you would a straight Healing.
With a Healing IO:
Health: +40.0% base + 42.4% boost = +56.96%
Physical Perfection: +20.0% base + 42.4% boost = +28.48%
With Regenerative Tissue +Regen:
Health: +40.0% base + 25.0% global boost = +65.0%
Physical Perfection: +20.0% base + 25.0% global boost = +45.0%
Three-slotting Health:
Health with three Healing: +79.63%
Health with two Healing and a Regenerative Tissue: +98.83%
Health with a Healing, a Regenerative Tissue and a Numina's Convalescence: +111.96%
Similar considerations can be taken for Stamina and the Miracle and Numina's Convalescence uniques. -
COMEUPPANCE! *Evil laughter*
I always told people that Stamina is not a vital organ; that they should be looking for ways to play the game that don't always assume that power at level 20 on every single freaking character.
But nooo, what did they say? "Not enough blue! Gotta have more forever! Stamina is good and the only thing that's truly bad is not taking it!"
I was tickled with glee the moment I realized so many people with their hordes of blue-barring, cookie-cutter characters would be sentenced to an eternity of respecification.
And what powers will be taken in their place? Ah, there are three, yet there are no slots to allocate for them. Either something needs to be removed from other powers, or the three power choices are utter throwaways just like they were in the past. It's a lose-lose!
*Cackles maniacally while lightning flashes in the background* -
Well, the settings are consistent. When I play on +0x2, I see the same enemies I do actually on a team of two.
The problem is that every single frickin' spawn is Boss + Minion. That should be the exception, not the norm. -
You got Electric Dominators already. Want more so soon?
-
I believe the point of the Shen mission is that you just have to find him and take him down before the ambushes take over. They're just itty-bitty weakling minions, and since they keep coming, it was the only way I could find to complete the mission while retaining my sanity.

Leaping off the skyscrapers at the southern end of the old Faultline used to be the tallest damage-inducing drop in the game.
Starting at 7:41 in this video, you can see a clip where I did just that.

I brought the Rikti invasion thing up with Mod08 at the Party Pack gathering in Pocket D when it happened on Triumph. He said he'd make a note to schedule another one.
We've still got the Halloween and Winter events right around the corner, though, so don't be too discouraged if we don't see another one by the end of the year. -
Of course they're hands-off. They're not responsible for doing work; they're responsible for making sure customers spend money. The way they do this is by pressuring development to churn out quantity even at the expense of quality.
For comparison: Electronic Arts. -
The wonderful world of "Oh crap the marketing department is running the show we need to get this trash out the door on time!"

EDIT: Saw your "often" -
1. Are you male or female?
Male
2. What ATs do you mostly play, and for what reason(s)?
I'm doing one of each to 50, and in fact amn't even done yet despite playing for four years. I have yet to create a Controller, Arachnos Widow or Stalker, and all of my characters (with one exception) are different Archetypes. Of the ones I've played, I enjoy Dominator and the four epic archetypes best because of the variety of powers at their disposal.
3. Redside, blueside, purpleside, or any combination of the above?
I like to play wherever my friends happen to be playing. It's about 50/50. Not too much for Praetoria yet, but I rather do that solo anyway.
4. What are your favorite story arcs?
Dean MacArthur's, Bobcat's and Vernon von Grun's stories are my top picks. Mr. Bocor is my favorite contact. Each of them is quirky and smart, rather than the humdrum "onoz we gotta save the ocean" or "gotta blow up the ocean for recluse" arcs.
5. What makes you like this game?
It's a fun way to kick back and enjoy time with friends. If I had to do this solo, I would have stopped playing long ago.
6. What other games do you play?
Whatever strikes my fancy, really, but I'm a fan of the comical platformers and puzzlers.
7. How long have you been playing?
Bah. Should have read through all the questions before answering! Still 4 years.
8. How many alts do you have, what is the average level range, and how many are level 50?
Again even! 12 characters: 18, 30, 41, 47 and eight 50s. Still got three coming down the pipeline, but I'd like to work with my existing characters a bit longer before starting those.
9. Do you bother with softcaps, set bonuses, and all that numerical stuff? What difficulty settings to you normally use?
I like to frankenslot, personally. I boost my numbers primarily for Accuracy, Endurance and Damage, but I don't jump through hoops to do it. Any resulting set bonuses are accidental.
-
I just had this happen on Tarikoss. Having the leader logout after the mission and the new leader talking to the contact cleared the mission and opened up the next one.

Yellow is someone who is both solo and on a mission map. This includes those who are running task forces/flashback/architect on their own, yes, but otherwise means they can be invited to your team if only they weren't on a mission map.
-
They did that once. And then screwed it up and did it again. A lot of people padded their super group with dummy characters and deleted them after the first time, then a couple days later anyone who still had full groups got another Prestige grant.
-
Mass Hypnosis works great, but any set with area knockdown or a pet is just asking for trouble. When Jack Frost says it's time to go, it's time to go. He doesn't care if you just cast Flash Freeze.
-
The activation period restarts when the power deactivates, so de/re-toggling will increase the proc triggers.
EDIT:
On second thought, do procs go off the instant you toggle on, or do you have to wait 10 seconds before the first round fires off? -
Quote:This reminds me... While I may not have limited advisory capabilities when it comes to SOs, I'm certainly limited with set bonuses. Sometimes IO sets can be hard to come by, and it may take someone a long time to get a build fully put together.i only have 1 toon which is actually fully slotted, then my next closest to fully slotted is still missing like a dozen purple recipes
I haven't experienced that personally, since I prefer to frankenslot. You won't see full sets of purples on my builds, but what you will see--a disgusting amalgamation of Enhancement icons--may make you cry:
