Is this useful in PvE? I'm currently a level 26 and I find Dull Pain keeps me alive perfectly fine, and I've still to sets of defence to get yet, 28 and 35 :P so would aid self help me much more!?

Would I beheld to heal while holding a herd? is maybe one reason I mite consider it! :P

That's the key! once you've got fury up you should beheld to run from mob to mob and wipe them out Love my fire/fire brute for that reason! but left him for awhile :P
