Of course you can wonder what an advanced crafting tool like those tables will do to our past. However, you can also buy a lot of stuff from the shop there which do not belong in the past. So, I don't see any objections to this considering the fact that RWZ got them to.

It would not hurt to have less lethal weaponskins for weaponsets no. For pistols and rifles. This is Hi Tech, so why not have your guns loaded with gelrounds that knock somebody out, not kill them?
For that matter, I assume my hero got special rounds for special occasions. Like silver bullets for werewolves and rounds that can disrupt spirits. So, I assume that I use non lethal rounds, unless I am miffed.
I also assume, that the baddies got working emergency teleporters just like we do. There is a reason there are endless hordes of willing baddies. -
To add to the 'list' a very important one
Be polite and listen to what others say.
Small example:
For example, don't leave the team without saying goodbye and especially not in the midst of a mission. Or someone demanding to be rezzed, sb'ed, healed etc. Basic courtesy goes a long way. -
Quote:We can run that. I also found a few playable lower level arcs I have written down. Many people do not bother to set the arc level and leave it 1-54. I am going to start marking down for that I think now since they is no excuse not to set the level.
Reminder - Noon EST Today - First MA Super Team Run in RWZ
WN
1-54 arcs are mostly unplayable pre SO time. So I never bother with those when I level a lowbie. So for now I suppose we concentrate on 1-14. The arc McCaptain suggested might be a good idea. At least it is in the right level range. -
Quote:I so second this one. There's other unavailable weapons.
The main one I wanted was the Nemesis crank turned minigun they have like the one in his pic.
Would kill to get that minigun on an AR user. -
Here is a nice chair to sit, no, no, don't mind the straps. This is not a cheap ploy to keep you here.

If you like you can forget travelpowers. Just buy a fresh Raptor in Grandville for 10000. Saves you two powerslots. You can also get the raptor at the atlas mayhem, plus one mission in Sharkhead. At Cap au diablo you can get a goldbrickers Rocketpack.
But if you want to have a travel power, I would recommend flight. Villain maps are not friendly towards superspeed and Superjump can be challenging now and then.
About Leadership, as thugs/dark MM, I found that one useful. I kept using my pistols, because I like to blast at things. -

Lets not make Radio/Newspaper missions more convenient compared to the normal arcs. I rather see steps taken to promote us to play normal arcs instead. -

I also suggest a special sign for when you use the search engine. -
A red name to guard the AE system? Welcome indeed. Good choice of name as well, Dr Aeon is after all the designer of the whole system and we all love and know him ingame so you got some tall boots to step into here.
About choosing new Dev Choices, don't forget to check the EU where we penned down many worthy arcs. Unfortunately we cannot compete in the current competition, so that thread is your best bet to find some EU gems. -
Don't we start in RWZ then?
What we now want are some fun little arcs designed for teamplay I guess.
First one or two with lowbies in mind. Think lvl 1-15. Anyone know one that might suit the bill? -
Dear contacts,
As you know, nobody is helping you these days? Why? Because you keep sending us on goose chases. Talk to such for no good reason, travel to other zone x, go hunt uninteresting mob y. Everybody is doing Radio missions. Because they are so much more convenient. So unless you remove all the useless rubbish, nobody will ever do the necessary tasks anymore. -
I remember bumping into blue rabbit and indeed he was blue.
But it is always fun to meet others from the forums. Best moment to spot them is when the Ski Chalet opens its doors. -
Indeed, time to alert the lawyers. Wow, oh posh. Evil, wicked, boo hiss! Stay firm and say no to WoW!
-
Keep up the good job. Protect the innocents, rescue the kittens and keep your paws of that damsel tied to the railtrack for once.

Quote:They could not allow EU players in for the simple reason that we are City of Heroes Europe® not City of Heroes®.
All City of Heroes® and City of Villains® -
I do hope we get more nominations though. I know there are some nice gems out there that are not in our little list.

Did a few mayhem's tonight in Kings Row and suddenly noticed summoned ppd cops. Searching, I found a sergeant in the jail I had never seen before. The one behind the summoning. Never saw him before either. One more QoL I think.

Since I have succumbed to temptation and decided to check out your side of the pond to rediscover the joy of Pugging I do happen to be able to join this endeavor. It so happens that on Triumph, I got a disagreeable fellow named Mook Buster. Trained and bred to assist the Verandi Family against the council, now that he has succeeded he can join you.

Quote:It is something weird in the code itself. MM's misbehave when more then 1 ally is present. Bovine Avenger got an arc about this problem. http://boards.cityofheroes.com/showthread.php?t=193175Glad you liked the new enemies <^-^>b
Hmm... I'll do a once over on Liung - I'm not sure I'll be able to fix it if it's an AI problem, but it's possible I goofed up and turned off a power somewhere >.<m Can't hurt to check at any rate! -
Just played it again with my Drone Mastermind. I approve of the new enemy types. If ever you make a part II, then I will definitely play it.
I had some trouble with the Drone summoning ally, her drone summoning was a bit erratic. I have seen her summon zero, 1 and 2 robots for no special reasons. MM's behave not well as allies these days. -
Safeguards are a nice change of pace when you are in teams that like doing Radio and oh horror Newspapers (there is no good reason to do more newspaper missions then to get your contact). Doing side missions extend those breaks so yes i like doing them. Getting the badges is a nice bonus as well.
As a villain, doing sidemisisons is an essential part of the havoc you want to create. -
I remember the Wellington arc. I remember enjoying running it as well. It made a decent sci fi story. Maybe I wil take another look and bring my Drone troops this time.

Quote:I didn't let the fact that the arc felt wrong for the background of my villain get in the way of enjoying/rating the arc. Thanks for replying; your little heads-up there may help players who wish to stick to their character's "canon" give this a miss. I'd hate to have someone play through my stuff and dislike for any reason.
Quote:As for bunny competition, would it upset you to hear that I took one of the bosses (Watership Doom) from that arc and used her as the template for an MM I have?
