i am looking for a db stalker forums that do good dps and cap def i don't care what the money cast is

i like some chanallge in getting the tanker done

dont matter how much it cost just looking for a caped build with fast rechage rates =)

sorry i was trying find high rechage rate as a sd/ele but with sd axe
