Your not being fair. Just try to understand this game got really hard now with all the nerfs. Its not fair that the xp and badges are like totally impossible now.

U cant even get a team on freedom anymore how am i supposed to get the badges in the shadow sharp(the tfs and the explore ones)

I think they should nerf the badges that at least would keep people going.

Or maybe cap the prices of purples to like 25 mill so people could get them there are so many things they could do at this point to make it easier.
Really Hard!!, This game isn't a Hard game, you just lack Will Power Son, I just got a lvl 50 Blaster Last night and i did it with out power Lvling or AE and i am god freaking pround of my self.

Sorry i Just read the rest of what you said and say what fool!!, Ok it's not hard to find a team on Freedom,
I done two TF today, one a Respec and the other was in the Shadow Shard and i had no trouble forming a team for those. Me and my Homies, form teams alot and also invite other to join and we are known to form teams. Don't you dare tell me it's hard to find a team on Freedom again or i will open a can of kickazz on you. Ok Man it's easy ok dude, just friend people and join a Active SG and also a global channel or two, to do Daily team up and TF.

    New Travel Pools

Anything is possible and they are trying to come up with new travel power but it might take a while, once Issue comes out i am sure we see a couple of them, however I am not to sure with these CO Rip off Travel Powers.
  5. Heroes aren't remembers as great heroes until they die. Most of these statue are a reminder of our fallen comrades. However i am surprise to see no Hero 1 Statue Yet in this game WTF.
  6. We went through all origin booster packs and Mutant Booster pack is coming out soon. What does the future hold for new booster packs. I want to try to come up with a couple of new Pack so i am going to list my ideas.

    (1) Elemental Armor-Fire or Lava like Armor, Ice or Water Armor, Granite or Crystal outfits and Lighting Elemental Armor.

    (2) Dragon Theme Costume set- a couple of friend are really Dragons, yeah think about that

    (3) Animal Costume Set- Deers, frogs, Beer, lizard,Hawk, Eagle, Ape Etc

    (3) Ocean Life Booster pack-Sharks Heads, fins and Tail

    Srikebreaker

    and

    All Mayhems

With all the XP smoothing and supersidekicking going on, it is very easy to out level lower level villain content, and have no way of accessing it solo. As these are needed for accolades, I cannot see any negatives.
They all been there since day one of Ourobos being launch, you most be looking at the wrong contact

    - New villain groups. Aliens or like space explorers who experiment evil stuff.
    - Trainers, Stores, etc. will be located in Space Stations. Normal movement
    - When "Space Walking" automatic hover (to represent no gravity) but gravity packs can be bought that are used for more speed.
    - Rockets take you from Space Station to Space Station.
    - Planets are the Hazard Zone type things.
    - Astronaut costume parts (includes flags as a detail)
    - New origin- Alien. Origin Power- Something like a poison or toxin.
    - Alien costume parts (antennas, bug eyes, etc.)
    - To get from Paragon to Space, you take a Space Shuttle (probably in PI)
    - New base items (space windows, Station looking items and such)
Those are just a few ideas i came up with, leave anything you would like to see and people who know the engine well, would space work or would it be really hard?
Alot of people pitch this idea before and right now, i think the only thing they want to add is GR Content first. Alot of people did ask for a Outer Base Zone or a Moon Base, Even heard people ask for an Water Zone. Maybe in time they will add them and hopeful they will.
  9. Glad to no there other Artist out there, that can draw, keep up the good work.
  10. As long as i got good friend to play Coh with, i won't go any where
  11. So which one is the good cop and which one is bad cop?

Because they want there sg to look fancy and to make things look different, Hell if ever need a Sg on freedom give @Super Ratz a call and i show you that my TP aren't hard to find. I like to keep them close to the base Entrance and to the Med Bay. I kind of don't want to move them or change them to point where you can't find them, things look better When thing are simply, that how i feel and not by stacking $#$% up on top of each other.

Before that feature came to us, I'd get ribbing from friendlies or people I don't normally team with for running to monster island to get whacked a few times for debt cap.

So the question here is...how many others have a 'compulsion' to complete every storyarc for each contact for every alt? Probably be difference of opinions for 5+ year vets as opposed to a newer player but all welcome to chime in. If I'm alone on this, tell me where I can seek counseling heh heh.
I finish all the Story Arc on my Badge Toon, I am the Champion Wooot, but still alot of Villain Arc to Still finish
  14. True but Street Gangs has taken over that area, there is alot Tsoo hang around that area, kind of afraid that the vendors might get Mug or Something.
  15. Happy 6 Birthday you Guys, you are Six years old, yes you are, Just kidding, Happy Anniversary you guys.
  16. Here a hint Stay alway form AE, go lvl the old fashion way, Me and a tons of friends still play this game and don't tell me that no one plays this game. They do award people for Staying with the game, it is called Veteran Awards, Trench Coat, Temp powers, Angel and Demons Wings are all unlock with more time you spent playing the game. The Xp is fine as it is, I can't complain about it.

I would think that making it easier for the ones that are playing and the drops would encourage new 50s and make it a stronger player base for when GR hits.

Even more so since i17 has nothing at all in it except 2 arcs and a new posi which is just a similar posi kinda updated.

why not reward people for staying with the game and make it easier for the ones still playing instead of harder which only makes people go to other games?

i think its another case of the devs diconnect with player base
Go to Freedom and Virtue, you will see alot of no ones lol

    Base Raiding

I wasn't In a full base Raid but, I did do a one or two in the past, Base Raid are really fun for PvP and PVE Fans. I Join Back when base Raids where broken and couldn't do the Cathedral of Pain Trial for an Item of Power. We still did Raids where we defend or Invade the Enemy base's, The Rule where still there, just we couldn't use or have an Item of Powers. I believe i heard People Talking about it coming back after Going Rogue and !19, Hopefully this isn't a rumor and we all can Raid again.

We did a couple of Base Raid with the SG and yes i was in a base Raid

I would like the base Raids to come back with either PVP Rule now or Something New, Once again i think Base Raids Should be for all people, PVP and PVE alike.

I don't PVP in this game thought I would like to. The problem like many I don't like the PVP rules. Why?

Well the basic is this from level 1-14 I learn a the game mechanics. I get used to said powers how they perform. What they can do to said foes.

Then level 15 and going into Bloody Bay. WHAT THE HELL! What I spent getting used to changes. It's a whole new system to get used to.

Much like driving when someone learns to drive an Automatic transmission and then they sit into a Manual Transmission car. This change is what bothers me I simply don't enjoy the changing systems when going from a PVE to a PVP Zone. Yes people had said the technical flaws in PVP I'm not going to bother with that.

Really who does? It's how it FEELS how it PLAYS and the mentality we players get from it. The way it seems to me is we have not one City of Heroes/Villains but Two. The PVE CoX and the PVP CoX.

Okay this Rant is over. Am I wrong?
Well i always heard that this game was PVe base first, then a couple of Issues later they added pvp. Since then they had so trouble with balancing out pvp and pve, I rather enjoy both pvp and Pve, However i lean more to Pve since the pvp changes that took place a while ago. I think if Coh want to keep a good Pvp System, they got to Scrap the old System and redo it form the begining.
  21. I read this to about getting the rights of City of Heroes Two, However it doen't mean it true, People buy rights to books, Movies and Tv Shows all time and never have them develops. If they do make another Coh game that be fine by me, I already am in love with this game. But something like Coh 2 will take Years and year to be made and bought into the market, So Don't worry about it right now.

I did PUG and channel TFs with all kinds of group setup and lots of powersets. I've seen a lot of unusual combos in Freedom and Virtue like say, MA/Dark Armor scrappers, Sonic resonance defs and trollers, loads of blasters with /fire, /devices and /ice secondaries and I've teamed with a lot of WSs and PBs, deleted my WS at 35 because I didn't enjoy the playstyle.

Just go hang out in AP in Freedom, there are all kinds of 50s with all types of powersets, same in Virtue's Pocket D.

Been leveling a DB/Elec and a FM/SD scrapper, both are squishy at level 25, and with both I 'tanked' for big teams because I had support. As long as you are a respectful player and don't do stupid stuff like aggro more than the team can handle, you'll be fine in most cases. I've just NEVER been booted because of my build on Freedom or Virtue in 26 months, blue or redside, even when I was playing Stalkers a lot and they were known as 'lolStalkers' (before the i12 buffs).

Freedom has enough variety, it seems you only pay attention to the FOTM builds which will always exist in ANY server.

Then again, I can't say I give you a lot of credibility since I've seen you post that you solo AVs without insps on a SO dark/dark defender and that your Fire/Fire tanker outdamages 'all scrappers'.

And Mid's is a great tool, whether you want to plan a build and IO it up to the wazoo or even just calculate the number of slots you want in each of your powers, especially useful for Warshades and PBs for example. Not everyone is trying to softcap defenses, stop thinking that the scrapper forums is a reflection of the whole game, most of my friends in-game don't even access these boards.

But I saw people telling you all that stuff already and you still question Mid's and say that everyone has the same builds, so either you're a troll or you just refuse to change you view on the subject, so why ask this again?

'Fear of the unknown', L-O-L. Nobody's afraid of trying powersets in this game except for new people who think they might be going for gimped builds with their first toon. After 3 months or so teaming / playing, any reasonable person won't be 'afraid' to try out a new powerset, knowing they can just delete the toon if they don't like it. Well since you fail at understanding basic things like Mid's utility even on SO builds (you don't need to use Mids to at least acknowledge it can be useful), I wouldn't include you in the 'reasonable people' category. And if you don't like Mid's, why do you seem to get bothered by people who use it? Nobody's forcing you to install it.

It's just a little program that helps you manage your slots since they're limited especially on SO/common IO builds without multi-aspect IOs, check if your end costs are okay, if your powers are well slotted for acc/dam/end/rech/whatever, if your set bonuses aren't over the cap in the case of IO builds, if you're chasing the right set bonuses when you wanna build for defense/recharge/regen/recovery/hp/etc, and for me, also a way to try to help people fine-tune their builds when I'm able to offer helpful advice.

No build is gimped except in 'srs business' arena PvP where you can make horrible horrible choices especially with the new system that made so many builds almost useless, like my ice/psi permadom who relied on slows and holds in i12, both are laughable now.

Well you CAN make a gimped build in PvE if you roll a petless MM or an Emp Defender with the Medicine pool and only one attack, but that's the player, not the powersets' fault.
I was talking about Arctypes like Fire/fire tanker, mace/Ice tanker and so on, I mean Arctype can be customize to fit any means and it really don't matter in pvp/pve what arctype you play, you can make anything work. I Played for Year with a Martial Art/Regen
in pvp and always kick butt

I rather just come up with my own build, then to use mids or any other type of build and i do just fine. However if you being kick off teams, maybe there something you doing wrong here what i do.

    (1) always get health a and Stamina.

    (2) Turn on your Toggles and Shields before you enter a mish.

    (3) Bring Inspiration that can help you on a boss fight or to help with major problems
Healing, End recovery and Purples always come in handy.

    (4) Never get ahead of the tank, let him take the Aggro.

    (5) If you playing a tanker, make sure you get Taunt.

    (6) Never get more then one Travel power, Sometime two is need, but i think you should get Just one, flight, Super Jump or Super Speed.Getting more then one power take up power Slots that might come in handy for better powers in you Secondly, Primary and Power Pool.
