That's why it's important for regular PvP-ers to act correctly at all times, to keep the zones freindly and fun.
And if you know someone who's interested in trying PvP, always try and go with them on their first time in a PvP zone - being ganked on your own would put off a lot of people, but being on a team means they can survive longer, get advice, and be protected by the others while they're learning how best to play their avatar.

If you had both agreed before the duel over exactly what was and was not allowed, and then one of you broke the rules you'd set, then it'd be a valid complaint.
But if nothing was said before the duel, then that means no rules

Considering his expertise in Hamidon raids, I'd prefer it to be Xanthus who organized it - it's quite a bit of game time to devote to the raid, so making sure we have the best possible preparation makes sense.

But sometimes it never seems to go on at all, especially if I'm moving - I'll be flying or super speeding along, get the red text "Terrorized" in the corner, but not even slow down.

Fear seems rather random - sometimes, it stops me dead, but other times, it says "Terrorized" in the corner of the screen, but I can keep on moving...
