I've already got it, but I can help out if you need it.
If the team splits up on Talos island, they can farm the Tsoo, Thorns and Mask at the same time, to speed things up - although the Masks only come out at night.
The Decoy badge is by far the hardest to get, so splitting up on Peregrine Island to farm separte MIs would reduce the farming time a lot.

I'm not so sure Heroes could have any justification for holding people like that - and certainly not for beating them up repeatedly .p

If I remember correctly, you can't have an anchor in the Oversight Center, but you can in the Studio.
if you're not planning on doing any base raids, or already have enough anchors, then there's no reason to buy a Studio - when I wanted a bigger meeting room, I just bought the Oversight center, and will buy another when I expand my garden room
