It'll need to be a well buffed mech - a normal mech can't survive being in the center of a box and being attacked by all 4 turrets.

I like having the NPC's there, but there do seem to be far too many in certain places. There also seem to be more longbow than arachnos, and arachnos have just the basic powers. Where are the bane spiders? or the nightwidows who spam smoke grenade? I was there last night when some heroes would run to the nearest group of longbow the second they got hit. Was fun confusing those longbow bosses :P

I think it's maybe because they're the invaders, so as it's our patch, Longbow have more resources - and I'm pretty sure that the Arachnos forces in Bloody Bay are stronger than the Longbow forces there, as the situation is reversed, and it's us who are invading their turf.

I got the same feeling when I was doing it - I was sure I'd done more than 100 of each, but it can be deceptive.
It's way easier to get the 100 Hellions, so from now on, you should just concentrate on the fires, and ignore the arsonists.

The AVs only spawn in a trio when you get the pillboxes in a certain order. Its also the only way to spawn Scirroco.

Is that true? I've tried all kinds of variations, and never found one was cartain to spawn the same ones every time.
The sequence Bravo Alpha Delta Golf Echo was the one I thought would be the best for spawning the rare AVs

Yes - level 54 zone objectives, level 54 pets for both sides, and multiple spawning AVs - maybe, just maybe, the zone wasn't designed with solo PvP-ers in mind

There are other things you can try, I even mentioned one on this thread but so far that suggestion has been ignored.

If you're talking about movement; Blasts root and suppress.
If you're talking Airsup or Disorient; shields/BF/Acrobatics.
If you're talking melee, you're within GP autokill.
If you're talking flyby; SS/autofollow blocks.
If you're talking Inspirations; a full tray of BF's gets me about 5 minutes to get kills; and turns player aggro on you.
If you're talking having a GP; they just SS away.
If you're talking camping around friendlies; they don't react fast enough unless you're slowed.

That's without taking into account the Turret's/GP's equal range; aggro memory, shoot through and your own End loss.

Strategies are not my weakpoint.

As far as I know, it's "yes" to both questions - the only time Tech or Arcane is important is with the salvage needed to craft the base items.
