Quote:SSA2 has the red side players working to set up an organization to rival Arachnos.I agree, could someone go wake up Lord Recluse, or something?
I want a domestic threat at some point. And by domestic I mean from Earth. Primal Earth, to be exact. (Not often to have to narrow down what Earth you're taking about...) I'd like for Heroes to run into some mad scientist plot or similar. A giant robot is never a bad idea, although the War Walkers have run that a little into the ground.
Maybe the next signature story arc will do this, if not, use the one after that for it. Pick up the pieces, exploit the opportunities that arise from it (or stop those that try to) and generally have time to build something up. Like Lord Recluse finally getting to do something. Maybe have that thing with Ms. Liberty trying to redeem him be something to do. -

For a bonus, try and time your sub to cover the launch of I23 - that'll give you free access to part 1 of SSA2, as well as the new Night Ward zone content, and the new Incarnate story arc and Trial..

It's a fun arc - it's got a good story with plenty of twists and turns, some cool battles, unique misison maps and several epic cutscenes - although if you're not a VIP, I'd suggest you become one to play it, as it's way cheaper than paying for the separate episodes as a freebie.

The SSAs aren't a retcon of the history of the game - they advance it.
It's important to rememebr that right form the start, the SSAs have been marketed as not just another story arc - they're world changing events that have an impact on the whole game, as they advance the meta-story.
For new players joinign after I23, Statesman will have a similar status to Hero 1 before the RWZ revamp - a famous hero took part in important events, but was "removed" from the game before the player's own timeline/career started.
The SSAs allow players to experience a major world chanign event in "real time", as each episode is released - and then at the end of the story arc the game world is permanently changed, and the arc then becomes a "historical" arc.
That's how SSA1 unfolded, and it's how SSA2 also looks like it'll unfold, going by the short overview of its storyline that we've gotten so far. -

Interestingly, the reason why Horus isn't featured in the game - or is ever likely to be featured in the game - is down to IP problems, so I'm not toally sure that NCSoft got hold of every single part of the CoH IP.

Twinshot has some of msot fun arcs and NPCs in the game.

His 3 post-WWD appearances so far invovle him being captured by the Praetorians, being captured and controled by Mot, and being beaten up by Trolls - plus, his other recent pre-WWD role was as a final TF boss for Villains to beat up and steal the source of power he was supposed to be guarding - he's not exactly overshadowing the players with his achievements.

The problem with the claim that this is all about "revenge" is timing - there's a huge gap between now and when Jack left - it implies that Positron waited several years to act on this "feud", and even ignored things like the launch of CO as suitable dates for his "revenge" in favor of I21 and the relaunch of the game.

Quote:You're still mixing up types and cuts - she's wearing an under bust corset, which isn't cut like a thong - it covers her lower torso all the way up to the bottom of her bustline - calling it a thong is like calling opera gloves sleeves, jeans tights, or sandals bootsso to me, same difference. tomato tomato. definitely not a catch-all term like top or pants, but specific like tank-top or capri-pants...

We need to know if he wore the costume too.

Sister Psyche's TF badge is also being changed into the one for Penny Yin's new TF, even though the old TF is still available from Ouroboros.

Changing a Hero's Epic to feature Positron as the one we rescue makes sense, as it avoids having a repeat of Statesman being captured - but it doesn't maske sense for the original Hero's Hero arc to not give us the Statesman's Pal badge.

The Praetorian Fusionette and Faultline really make it
