Other than Costumes and (real not pet) Powers, the only other things I can think of would be a way to invite my other characters to SG, maybe something in the email system. Email a sg invite, the ability to promote people who are not logged in. I have many SG's that are just me, and I like it that way, but it's a real pain to get new toons added.
And I would like things named with words that actually fit what the things are. Like the new POWER ARMOR set. I would like to see more pieces in the /w skin option to have 2 (or more) colors. NO MORE PRETINTING (And remove what is there)! I want to be the one who picks what color I am, not you! And I want the color I pick to be the one that shows on on my toon, not some weird off color version of that color. When I pick my primary color, I want that to be the main color on the piece! That is what Primary means, 1st, main, most important, (...seriously! no, really, look it up). More skin tones would be nice too...
A 3rd color option (dc has 3)! A gold and Silver color option (rather than yellow or grey) in the color pallet would eliminate the need for you to tint things with bronze, gold and the like, maybe a metallic color row, gold, silvers, bronze, etc. or maybe a metallic option for every piece, since even plastic can be painted with metallic paint...
Since the only w/skin options I can think of that have 2 colors are the fire/ice ones, and they don't actually show skin, the only thing I can think of as to why you guys insisted that that those pieces had to have a gold trim rather than a 2nd color like it should have been, is that you use the skin tone as the 2nd color somehow in your programing for that. If that is the case then adding a 3rd color option would allow a 2nd one to be used for that. And if that is NOT the case, then just give us the 2nd color option on all pieces (including the "gloves" like roman/ w/o gloves and barbarian wrist bands), it's really annoying to have the arm bands and all other matching pieces be two toned and the 'gloves' only take one when they are the exact same design. (barbarian wrist match the shoulders, and the roman the with gloves bracers are two tone, and the without gloves version of them is one, when it is the exact same otherwise).
And spread the pieces around, sash for men, and so on, make more pieces avbl in more slots. I want to be able to mix and mach every piece in every combination.
I would like to see Praetoria blow up (or maybe the dimension can just implode), so we don't have to hear anything else about it, ever. It used to be one of the best arc's in the game, now (last 2 years or so) it too has been ruined... and its ruination has been spreading, infecting the rest of the game. About the only good thing out of it was the disappearing contacts, and you don't use it where it would be the most useful, like with States and Psyche-Nee-Chan. If you haven't done the arc, they should still be there, if you have, they should get the new replacements... (and don't change ppl's badges, if you want a new one fine, make a new one, but leave the ones we have alone, and fix the vet badges! they have been broken since freedumb went live).
I would like to see more mission arcs that have contacts that automatically give their number and don't talk forever and a day, and don't give out missions that require me to run around and talk to people, no kill XX missions, just straight forward, go to this instance, and either clear, beat boss or get glowie(s). When you guys try to get creative with the missions arcs, they usually are just annoying.
Oh, and more building missions, less caves. I can''t stand when there is an uneven ceiling, or other things that interfere with my camera angle or when decorations get in between me and my camera (cot caves, and the cave for the save amanda vines mish are good examples of what not to do, the new KoV Japanese style indoor maps are good example of what you should be doing). Speaking of the CoT caves, I would like a way to turn off the ambient lighting effects, like the torches, glowing crystals, and so on, they kill my eyes, and make it so I can't even look at the screen. And no more dark maps, almost all super heroes have ways to see in the dark, I mean come on, heightened senses, 3rd eye, a freaking flashlight! ...the minions in Despicable Me are walking glow sticks! My illusionist uses light based powers (can light up a room, and blind people so badly they will be stunned!), my claws regen guy (and many others) have low light eyes, can see in the dark, My robots/cyborgs have Infra Red and UV and other low light sensors... It's as dumb as giving us an oxygen bar would be considering so many of us don't need it, or we could be a fish man, or use a FF or breathing mask from our utility belt... or... the list could go on and on. Maybe design a zone that has Not been trashed, or finally fix some of the ones that were... Who would live in a city where half the towns are smoking craters? How many zones like that do we need?
Bring back the leveling pacts! (it's annoying to play my new guys because they are now all out of sync with their partners) ...and one last thing, I would like it if you fixed all these stupid "black out zones" in AP and Mercy that make it so we can not target our team mates, can't follow them, can't recall them, nothing, one of the worst ideas, ever! Right up there with the detoggles, solo-only missions with no real point, and contacts with 10 pages of text! (I know that seems ironic coming in the middle of this now wall of text, but a wall of text I don't mind, it's having to click "ok, and..., and..., and..." over and over that bothers me about it, a wall of text I can ignore, it's having to keep clicking over and over that bugs me, maybe add a 'Get to the Point!' button. Extra clicks bother me, like the patcher, you are going to verify it anyway, I have no choice, there is no reason to prompt me about it, or the trainers, 'I want to train up my level', "no really, I want to train up my level! Stop Asking and do it!" a pointless sub-menu, the other stuff should have its own option). Speaking of Trainers, what about one for the base? then we can train and change our costumes in the privacy of our base, where that sort of thing belongs. "Oh hey guys, look, I am going to design my new costume here on the street corner... change clothes in front of city hall... who needs a secret identity...?"
I would rather see broken things getting fixed, rather than more new stuff that will likely cause more problems, finish what you started before we move on to the NBT (Next Big Thing [tm]). Make what we have work, then move to the next thing. I would imagine that trying to fix something while continually introducing new things for it to interact with is pretty hard... Also hard to make things that work right when you introduce them to a broken environment.
...I know, 'nature of MMO's' and all, but can't we strive for perfection even if we never reach it? Shouldn't that be our goal? We should always strive for our ideal (unfortunately our ideals are a great, fun, working game, theirs are lots of money with little to no effort, and "the less we have to pay people to fix things the more $$ we make... just keep slapping on those band-aids..."). But when a game stops being fun, and starts to feel like a job, it's time to move on I guess, it's just hard to part with that many toons I have invested that much time into... maybe a vacation... (oh well made it 8 years on this one, that's better than any others...) Not to mention the game play in the other super hero games are terrible, unfortunately they are taking the bad things from those games and not the good.
this started off as a quick note for something i forgot, but I "uncorked the bottle" and the 'ideas' kept pouring out... My 'stopper' is broken and I don't have an IT department to work the bugs out of my head...

and the costume set I am waiting on is the new Banished Pantheon sets, because 'all new npc sets are to be designed with player ports in mind', and we have all wanted that skirt for many years (since Cim anyway). Other than staff, it is the thing that had me the most excited since i22 beta... and let us pick ALL of the colors involved in it~
