Tyrant was always going to attack Primal Earth as part of his plan to unite the multiverse under his rule to fight the Battalion.

Quote:There'd need to be eleaborate deathtraps too.A proper Alpha Male would have asserted his superiority without invoking death by robot army. You know, posturing, talking big, belittling the poor chaotic Primals. You know, doing the whole evil dictator thing right.
He also creates almost all of the problems he faces.Quote:Really, Cole's downfall is he believes himself a benign dictator, which makes him dangerously unstable. Anyone in power can do scary things "for the greater good".
And we would have helped too - Tyrant's brought everything on himself.Quote:The proper response, as far as I can see, would have been to recruit help.
I could get behind a Cole/Cole/Hamidon slash.Quote:Get Statesman in for a 2-on-1 -
Quote:Alpha males do wacky male thingsCole finds out there's another universe. It's full of superpowered individuals and monsters. If Cole were to draw too much attention to his universe, they could cross over in force.
What should Cole do now?
A: The existence of parallel universes is now a state secret, a formal request to stay away will be given should they contact us.
B: Contact them peacefully in secret and possibly recruit help with the not-quite-dead Hamidon issue.
C: Destroy them! Full scale invasion before they notice us!
If you chose A or B, congratulations! You're smarter than a supervillain dictator! If you chose C... why would you DO that?!

I don't think there are any all-Hero dimensions - even soem of the all-Villain ones like Axis Earth must surely have some form of resistance too.

If you give your server and playtimes, it'll probably make it easier for people to make suggestions.

Quote:Perhaps the pages and pages of people telling them how stupid and ugly the new costumes were might have made them think that the wouldn't sell well?Perhaps they were waiting to see if it would sell before they put the time into convert the mage costume parts to female and huge.
That's just as well, as they'd be disappointed.Quote:I also don't recall anyone in those threads calling for there to never be new pats for male/huge either.
It'll never be equal, because women wear more types of clothes than men - society has moved forwards, and there's no such thing as exclusively male clothing anymore.Quote:There were some that said there should be no unique parts a all for male, female, or huge. That it should all be the same and equal. I am still torn on that issue. -

No Villain has class, just like no Villain has honor - they're all fakes and frauds

Quote:Yes, we always use tears as our secret weapon to trick the poor innocent boys into doing what we want.Sorry Zyph, that's what passes for "gender equality" in this game with regard to costumes. Those who wanted female toons to get everything the male and huge models had IN ADDITION TO their own special parts cried, shouted, pleaded, and demanded under the guise of "gender equality" until the developers finally gave in.

Quote:Actually, you can kinda do both at once - like the new Cyberpunk robot arm is "revisiting" the current old robot arm, but making a more modern version of it.Going back and re-working old assests (We need to keep moving forward)
I'd suggest calling this one "Pulp Adventurer", and focus it on the more exotic globetrotting kind of Pulp stories - it'd allow you to put aviator stuff in with jungle explorer helmets, old fashioned jodhpurs, ripped shirts and so on.Quote:Aviator/Pulp
The more superhero-ish pulp items could easily be added to a Golden Age superheroes pack. -
I prefer Scrappers to wannabe Scrappers

They could throw in some hybrid Clockwork created by the Clockwork King, made from the wreckage of the Praetorian invading force merged with his own bits and pieces - like a battered looking Praetorian Clockwork with a Primal Clockwork style leg, arm and head, for example.
