If they do that we'd have 3 incarnate TRIAL paths: Praetorian storyline, Battilion Storyline, 3rd enemy group storyline.
That's not the way the Incarnate system is set up story-wise - we've already been told that Battalion is a bigger threat than Tyrant and the loyalists, and that defeating the dictatorship is required for us to get enough power to face the Coming Storm.
The Incarnate system is set up to be at the cutting edge of the evolving meta-storyline, where we get new "chapters" with each new Trial.
  3. There were a few bits and pieces - the recording is available on the CoH YouTube channel - although the sound is a bit patchy in some places.
  4. Faultline and the RWZ are now pretty much "legacy" arcs, as they no long reflect the current situation in the game world.

I think that id'd be helpful if the devs added text to the start of each arc in those 2 zones, telling players that the events in them weren't current.
They've already started a similar dating idea with the new Belladonna arc, which tells players right at the sart that it takes place after the events in DA and the DD Trial.

That's weird, because I see people swapping alts between Trials all the time.

As we reach Omega the extreme effort required to stay current will mean there will be only "mains".
There's more past Omega too - but the Incarnate system's been great so far, so there's no reasont ot hink that it won't continue to be great as we reach Omega and then go past it.

  7. People have managed so far
  8. People were farming Lambda up until the indoor phase
  9. Trials are the core Incarnate content - any new stuff is attached to them first, and once the devs are happy with them, they then roll them out to non-Trial content.

That doesn't mean that they can't be improved in some way - Tyrant and the loyalists can never be fully trusted because of the evil that they've done - but they can still be made better than they are now, which will help everyone, including them.

I'm saying that the number of players who'd want to be a male princess is probably too few to make it worth the effort of porting the hat over
  13. There are plenty of alts in this game - there'll always be people running the lower level Trials
  14. There's no such thing as fate - bad people can be saved, so the effort needs to be made to save them.

That's very much a minority interest, I think

As Trials get harder, we get more poweful - but that power is only unlocked from the harder Trials - this "doomed" system has been working for over a year now

  18. Human are above anaimals - that why when they fall to the level of animals, like Tyrant and the loyalists did, it becomes a problem that needs to be fixed.

It's a new mechanic in one or more of the upcoming power sets.
  20. You can't run the Trial unless you have Destiny and Lore unlocked.

There are a few little things that I don't like so much about CoH - but there are so many big things that I love about the game that the little faults are easy to ignore.

Actually, it's the opposite - we're inherently good, which is why bad people are an exception rather than something normal.
That's why evil people like Tyrant and any other loyalist prisoners we might have need to be treated properly.

  25. Dink, I'm assuming it was you who made the freebie princess Hat, and that it was probably something you thought up yourself and worked on when you had space in your schedule, which means that you're a secret member of the princess club, and must know just how important long dresses are

So is there any chance you could try and give us something similar to the "solid" style of skirt used by the Tsoo and old Circle of Thorns models, as that would avoid a lot of the clipping issues that would happen with a long dress that was made to cover legs like the other skirt options in the game?
The "solid" skirt used by the Tsoo and old CoT was pretty flexible, and covered movements as subtle as stances right up to extreme moves like Martial Arts atttack moves, plus the ragdoll physics - plus, with the massively improved clothing textures we've been getting recently, the solidness of the skirt could be made to look a lot less solid by using folds and shadowing on it.

A long dress costume part would have loads of uses for the girls, and even the boys could use it for wizards or other mystical types, and basic texture options could range from silky, to patchwork, to tattered.
There's been quite a lot of magical/fantasy/old fashioned content recently, and long dresses have been requested for so long that I think that the big majority of players really wouldn't mind any of the minor clipping issues that might come from using an NPC style solid skirt model.
