    Fixed, for historical fun.

As for all the things done while he was in power, I'm fairly certain a good majority of it was done without his knowledge.
Also known as the "Wannsee Conference Extended Bathroom Break Defense".

Projects his or her evils and sins onto very specific targets, scapegoating others while appearing normal with everyone else ("their insensitivity toward him was selective")? Phipps to the core.

Has a covert intolerance to criticism and other forms of narcissistic injury? Most of the big villains suffer from this, but Phipps goes out of his way to make sure that any criticism is deflected onto others.
Tyrant is guilty of all of these too.

  6. Dink alone talks to the player more than the whole dev team of that recent galactic fanfiction disaster - or at least what's left of them

Plus, the TwitchTV broadcasts give us a live weekly Q&A with the devs, which I'm surprised more studios haven't tried doing, as it really helps to get the players involved - player summits with player chosen and designed cotume sets also help to set Paragon Studios apart.

    Actually, it does.
The Midnighters, Resistance and loyalists all have exclusive areas that can only be accessed by people who've joined them, the Vanguard give out special merits and perks to members, temp powers can summon allies, zone mobs can con non-hostile, scanners, newspapers and contacts can all give repeatable missions, and contacts and NPCs can recognize player achievements and status - if they put all of those existing functions together, they could give players a pretty good impression of being an important part of an organization.

Maybe they could be organized into some kind of government supervised network?
  9. I'd like to see year-round mini 4/4 Trials linked to the lore of different zones - like something to do with the Paladin in Kings Row, something to do with the fires in Steel Canyon, something to do with the Trolls in Skyway, and so on - they could be launched from a contact in the zone, or from the TUT, like TFs.
  10. I really enjoyed the tours you and Zwillinger did on TwitchTV - the Rikti Monkey statue was pretty epic
  11. The writers don't actually work on their own and come up with whatever they like - they have story meetings and discuss what they want to do with each arc and what themes they want to present, and how it fits into the long-term storyline, and the lore in general - like when they decided to revamp DA, Positron didn't just swing by Dr. Aeon's cubicle and say "Mot's woken up, give me 6 arcs about it", and then left him to get on with it by himself.
  12. Because more options = good, it's not actually possible to ever make a "bad" costume set.
  13. There's also the possibility that their testing work on a Snape drifting AT led them to repurpose the idea as several power sets, which could allow them to offer more forms than just a rat and a frog.
For example, a werewolf power set could be a separate power set from a gorilla one - it could generate more sales in the long term and a one-off new AT with only a couple of forms.

That's not how the Trial rewards work - there's no scale of success - you either fail to do enough and get 10 threads, or you do enough to qualify for a random reward roll.

They did a similar visual trick for Mother Mayhem's top - the geometry of the chest isn't actually changed, but it looks more realistic than the spandex chests available to players.

All it needs is a small raised area along any of the edges, like real spandex has - the current tights don't have that.

The main problem is that the stuff that was seen in the I23 beta wasn't there in the I22 beta - so I think it's understandable that it'd be thought of as some early work on something new.
